RAMIREZ CUSTOM CONCRETE

The company owner and crew were professional from getting us a bid all the way through completion of the work. They poured a slab for 5100 sq ft custom home and detached garage, patios and walkways. They had to deal with foul weather and less than optimum soil conditions but they did a fantastic job of managing any and all issues.

Because the house does sit an angle we were afraid the patios would look askance. Husband is an engineer and spent many hours trying to decide how best to place the patios. Once the drawing was done, we spent two days marking everything off with string. When they showed up for the patios, they pointed out that it was still a bit off and asked if they could make adjustments. Of course we said yes. We were amazed at how perfectly square everything looked when they were done. We wasted our time trying to give them instructions. They were very good.

We hired this company to pour our patio, relocate the drains, and install a drip line. Once the patio was poured we paid the company. However they still had not finished the drip line, and one of our drain caps was not replaced. After many phone calls, they finally sent someone to complete the drip line. However, we are still waiting on the drain cap. The patio was poured back in May of 08...and again still no drain cap.
