About us

Ennis Builders, Inc. (EBI) is a diverse construction company, licensed in California as a General Contractor. Brian Ennis (President) has been building residential and commercial projects in the Central Valley for 20 years, and has built in five counties (Tulare, Kern, Kings, Fresno, & San Luis Obispo) and the cities of Bakersfield, Porterville, Wasco, Delano, Tulare, Visalia, Dinuba, Kingsburg, Fresno, Clovis, Hanford, and Paso Robles. Brian has acquired and developed over 2,300 acres of land, entitled and developed 70,000 square feet of commercial property, 5,500 residential lots, and built nearly 4,000 homes throughout the Central Valley & Central Coast. Brian grew up in the central valley and returned after college. He raises his family here; he lives here, and continues a tradition of building a proud heritage across the central valley. Twenty years of experience developing and building residential and commercial projects in the heart of California speaks volumes. Brian Ennis has a wealth of experience building custom homes, affordable homes, professional offices, medical offices, retail, and metal buildings, auto parts, auto repair, banking, and government. Brian is the past President of the local Home Builders Association of Tulare & Kings (HBA) and is currently serving on the Board of Directors, and Executive Board. He was also named “Builder of the Year” by that local association. Brian is also a member of the Porterville Chamber of Commerce, California Building Industry Association, Golden State Builders Exchange, and the National Association of Home Builders. Brian takes pride in having many repeat customers over the last 20 years. He still shares and enjoys a friendship with his very first customer.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE HOUSE AND THE OVERALL WORK. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THEY DIDN'T GET THE WORK DONE AS PROMISED. THEY KEPT EXTENDING THE CLOSING DATE FROM JULY 1ST TO NOVEMBER 1ST.
Description of Work: I HAD A HOME BUILT. IT WAS A 3,000 SQ FOOT. 2 STORY 4 BEDROOM. 3 BATH, FIREPLACE, WITH SWIMMING POOL.
