Description of Work: first time he told us try different tips, like using a different detergent and check the drainage. Kept it going for awhile, when he came back, he took it off, show us the part that is ruined. He order the part and bought it to replace it. He unstuck the washer and dryer, and our heavy cabinet he move all that for no charge and put everything back again.

Description of Work: They diagnosed the problem... my dryer need a door catch and a door swtch. He bypassed the switch until he could get the parts to fix it. I called them back a week ago and they are still waiting on the parts.....but overall great service.

He thought it could be 2 different things, so started with the least expensive first, and that didn't work, so went to the next thing and replaced it and that didn't work. Finally found out it was the plug not the washer. He fixed it and it's been fine ever since, and for a good price.
