So I managed the building, workmanship, installation & quality of the new homes from breaking ground to giving the new homeowners their house keys. When I first called Jesse from J&A Rain Gutters. He was professional and courteous and came out to my house. We talked and he went over all of the different aspects of the gutters for my house. Jesse called me with a day/time to remove my old gutters and install new gutters. His gutter crew showed up and removed and installed new gutters. I was only expecting to have my dryer vent and ducts cleaned cleaned but when he saw the leaves on my roof it n each side of the house, h offered to clean the roof at a reasonable price. Then when he saw how my neighbor’s tree had overgrown across the fence we share and how my roof was full of all the dead leaves and branches were growing into the house structure and offered to trim the branches away from my house. "Jan. 27, 2025 I paid Mario $85 to pull some weeds at my mobile home (that was basically edge work, because i have an outdoor 'looks like grass' carpet covering all area and no plants or vegetation at all, so it wasn't a massive job). He suggested I pay him $85 for 2 visits (so the 2nd visit would be free). Then he basically just 'weed wacked' the weeds instead of pulling them up by roots (as I said I needed done). I didn't see this until after he left, when I went out to pick up weed debri he had left on the ground....and instead I spent over an hr now pulling roots growing under the carpet edging left behind. After few months of rain, huge weeds now reappeared, forcing me to do again (easier to pull when wet) because couldn't reach him for 2nd 'prepaid' visit! Now today, tried again to call, recording says 'no voicemail setup', & all sites advertised on say CLOSED all days/hrs w/no contact info. This guy now GONE & I paid $85 for a 30 min. weed whack job!??? Scammer??"
