It went very well. They do good service.

It was fine. They did a good job. The deal said that it was up to two rooms, but they only did one room. That's all I needed done. The quality of their work was really good.

They did a really good job cleaning. Missed the first appointment time due to traffic, these things can happen. Spot on on the second appointment. Well done job. Would recommend and use again.

The cleaning service was good, quick response and the quality was good as well. Would use it in the future again, if sony remove the carpet.

This is a tough one because what I wanted and what was delivered were two different things. I had two wool, area rugs that needed a deep cleaning. I was expecting the person with the huge vacuum in the van and a deep water cleaning. What I got was a very nice and polite guy with a little gizmo with a rotating brush. He sprayed on some stuff, let it sit for a bit then used the little brush thingy. Afterwards I looked and the rugs were still plenty dirty. It really didn't do much at all. I guess I should have asked more questions so part of it is on me. I think this place is probably good if you have your carpets cleaned every six months but not for carpets that with ground in dirt and stains. I was a little taken aback that I paid $69.00 for the Angie's Deal but was told there was a $10 service charge which was nowhere to be seen on the advertisement for the deal. I told the nice kid that since it wasn't mentioned that I wouldn't pay is and he understood. So, nothing really bad to report, it just wasn't what I was expecting.

They cleaned my carpets and chair and did a good job. I did notice, however, that my stains started to reappear.

They did a great job and I will use them again.

I did not use the deal because he called and cancelled the day before due to his equipment not working.

The company informed me I should wait to have this service performed until I finish the construction and pest control issues.

After initial mixup with the date Doug arrived on time and got right to work making sure that he knew which areas were to be cleaned and where he would have to show special attention. Worked very quickly and efficiently. It's been a week and carpet still looks good. No stained have returned.

The service man arrived on right on time and did a fantastic job. The family room was especially bad with worn areas and spill stains. It came out great! This is the 2nd time I have used them and was impressed with their work and great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

It was okay. They were very nice people. The process that they use didnt clean our carpet properly.

It went well. Our main concern was that there would not be any health risk with cleaning products while at the same time, having carpets that are actually cleaned. Both goals were attained. I would not hesitate to use them again. Jeff took his time explaining the process and did a terrific and thorough job.

Technician arrived on time. Services were as advertised and completed within the time as given to us. Quality was excellent and professionally done. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Doug was Fantastic. He showed up on Saturday at the appointed time but I had the house full of painters who had not finished on time. He volunteered to come back Sunday morning (his only day off ) to get the job done before my son and his roomates moved in that afternoon. True to his word he did the job perfectly (with Angies List Discount) and because he uses a "Dry" system the boys could move in 2 hours after he finished. Highly Recommended.

Everything went smoothly from the scheduling to the work being completed. Very professional. They showed up on time and got the work done quickly and efficiently. I was completely satisfied with the results and would definitely use them again in the future.

Technician was 30 min late, but did call to notify me before scheduled arrival, and was very professional. The cleaner tool did a great job at lifting the rug pile, and it was all dry in less that 3 hours. Overall, the job was good, but I was a bit disappointed that the walk paths did not clean up better. Normal foot traffic on sand/flecked colored 1/2" pile. Maybe my expectations were too high?

First of all, let me start with that the carpet they cleaned they did a good job cleaning. However, I must say that is the end of my positive comments regarding this company. The day of service, the serviceman showed up two (2) hours later than the latest time given for my service window. I received no phone call telling me they would be late. I had to call and ask whether they were still coming. Once there, he did a good job on the areas he did clean. However, he moved no furniture, even smaller pieces. My husband moved our coffee table so he would clean underneath it. In addition, he did not clean any of the closets in our home (and that was suppose to included in our package that I ordered). When he was done, I discovered that the bill overcharged me by one hundred forty-nine (149) dollars the amount I had already paid through Angie's List. I paid the bill in its entirety and left a message with the owner, Doug Risdall. After the first message, Doug called me back fairly quickly. He told me that he did not know how to do a refund because of the manner in which I paid; so I told him that if he could give me a deal on carpet cleaning for my daughter's house, I would not require the refund. Doug told me he would work some numbers and call me after the weekend. I did not hear from him, but after a few extra days I called him again twice (2x) and left a message each time. He did call me back once, but I missed his call. He left a message saying to call him back. I have called back twice (2x) since then and have not heard back at this time. It has been two (2) weeks since I have heard from him and four (4) weeks since my service. I am assuming that I will not receive my refund. UPDATE: After I wrote my review, I did receive a refund of two hundred (200) dollars in the mail. I never heard back from the owner, however I am happy to have my refund (plus some for work not completed) and to have the issue resolved.

The first time they came out, they didn’t get everything as clean as I wanted it, so they came back and this time, they did a better job, but I used them one other time before this about seven or eight months ago, they did just the best job and my carpet looked brand new. This time they came out, it didn’t look as brand new and they came right out and they redid two rooms for nothing, and it looks much better when they were done this time. Whatever they use that they clean with, it’s the best stuff. I lived in this house for 35 years and I have never had a cleaner carpet. They were faster than any other carpet service I've ever had and they had less machines. Usually, you have to leave your front door open and they bring in all these machines and all these hoses and they are all over the place and it takes forever to do it. This place, it had one machine, no hoses, they just plugged something into the wall. They did the whole house in an hour and ½ and it was just really, really well done.

They were on time and performed their duties as advertised

Unfortunately I was not able to use their services. I had moved out of the Los Angeles area and was not aware that my Angie's List account was not updated when I purchased. The gentleman I spoke to from Oxi was very professional and helpful in trying to find someone in the Sacramento area to help me. Unfortunately, I did not hear back if that would work out so I have moved forward with someone else. He was ready to schedule my appointment and contacted me quickly, which was good.

The contractor shampooed the carper and applied deodorization chemicals. Overall, work was satisfactory except for some spots that were not cleaned on the edge of the walls.

It was good. Scheduling was easy. They sent one technician and he was here around a few hours. They were reliable and did what they said they would.
