He worked fast but he is claustrophobic and needs doors and windows to remain open while he works. He also upped his price from $100 to $130 because he said that Home Advisor charges a $28 fee for their referrals.

The contractor came back to reinstall a replacement fan, but I was charged an additional fee.

BJ, the owner was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, on time, quick to respond and did the project for a very fair price to help me, a new home owner, stay on budget. I had an entire electrical panel replacement needed, a big project, which he was happy to do even over a weekend as well. On top of all that he was well mannered, friendly and even followed up to make sure that everything was okay once the work was done. As with all projects, we did have a couple of wrinkles to iron out after. However, BJ was there for me the entire way and went out of the way to resolve any issues and even followed up after to make sure everything was okay... Even a week later after the job its done, he still called to check up. He truly cares about his work and his customers and I will absolutely be calling him again.

BJ was competent on time and A fair price

Bathroom exhaust fan-had to have second electrician come out.1. GFI outlet and circuit breaker would not reset . New Romex line wired backwards. 2. Plastic connector to vent fan to outside was missing. 3. Romex connection in attic was illegal; had open air wire nut connections and junction cover was missing. 5. Mis-cut hole in ceiling, leaving a 15 inch gash. 6. Cut a 3x2 piece of wall from above outlet/switchbox to access. 7. Cut a saucer size hole to run wire from attic to switch. 8. Broke opening to attic when accessing. Never acknowledged it. 9. Did not clean up. Left debris in bathtub and sink counter. Washed off tools in planter bed and scraped off putty on the column of front porch.

Clean courteous service

Fast response, professional. Circuit breaker electrical box upgraded with full new box. Completed in 8 hours with clean-up. Beautiful job, expert in electrical knowledge. Also installed outside sensor light, and digital transformer for yard lights. All completed with precision in one day.! The really outstanding customer service was shown when BJ called and came back the following day to insure we are happy with his work and all items are working correctly. They came in and replaced the main subpanel, installed two ceiling fans, and did some patchwork. They did a wonderful job and Im very happy with the job! Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Very professional

In word.. DO NOT HIRE this firm for work; while installing a power outlet to align it he used package from the light fixtures and wires were running in the middle of drywall. luckily the next electrician i hired (Dortiz Electrical) accidentally found it and disconnected it. Had we not known that there could have been fire inside the wall due to shabby work. He took our house key and to date has not returned it in 2 months time. Overall a very poor workmanship and work ethics and would never hire him again.

I wasn't quoted a rate at all but was given a random number upon completion. I assumed it was the same hourly rate as my home advisor membership but was sadly mistaken. They were incredibly messy and left my electric on the exterior of the house in worst shape than when they came. The issue I brought them for was never resolved. I am furious

had issues with the install and part failing. had my doubts, but BJ stepped up, came out last minute and replaced the failed components without any question. Highly recommend, honest and straight forward.

Installed 240v line for Tesla - about a 150' run through my attic with 6 gauge wire. Also put in a 240v line for a spa with a 50A GFCI breaker. Had to jackhammer the concrete and lift pavers for that. Patched everything up with stucco and cement before finishing.
