They said they would be here today and they did come today. I loved them. I highly reccomend him.

We would not recommend this unprofessional, inexperienced, not knowledgeable, and unreasonable general contractor who was not easy to work with. He did not fulfill his commitments, was not on time, and did not show up for one of the inspections. He did not respect our privacy when he walked in the house without prior notice. Even in the rough stages, the workmanship was shoddy. Displaying poor customer service and unwilling to communicate and accommodate, he tried to order us around even though he worked for us. At no time, did we interfere with the work. The work was stopped after five days due to concerns. Instead of stopping by, the general contractor insisted we stop by his “office.” The work is currently half done and after three months, a crack exists in the floated cement in our bathroom that is still not functional. We need to find another person to finish and/or redo the general contractor’s substandard work. The moentrol valve was installed but the trim, tub spout, and other related accessories with the valve were never provided even though we paid him $5,000 thus far. He did not refund the amount for the tiles and cabinet either. We requested a refund of the exhaust fan, the LED lights, the tiles and the cabinet, but he told us to return the LED lights without having his receipt. He never refunded the amount or faxed the invoice for the tiles and cabinet because the items were never purchased. Basically, his two employees worked (one is not fluent in English) unsupervised. They covered up our wooden floors with rags leaving marks on the floor which they did not bother cleaning the marks. He insisted on installing “the Broan bathroom exhaust fan” which was noisy. He failed to ascertain whether the duct was installed properly and determine where the moisture is being diverted to by the exhaust fan. They installed two old switches but failed to align them. There were misaligned screws in the drywall and holes in the floated cement wall. The diamond lath is exposed and not covered in two spots. The general contractor knew that the floated cement wall is an “overkilland quot; as the opposite side of the wall shows a protrusion from the bathroom. He needed to inspect the mudding on the hole behind the bathtub. The bathroom drywall is not prepared for any type of finish. He needed to ascertain whether the cement is flush with the door jamb. The rough end pipe of shower head needs to be straightened. The mudding tape needed to be finished over many of the screws. One of the LED lights he bought to be placed above the bathtub is not the appropriate type to protect the light from moisture. It is unsure whether the correct barrier was installed behind the cemented float to protect from moisture.

The service went great. Two guys came out and they had uniforms and they were clean, tidy and professional. They did exactly what they were hired to do and they explained what they were doing.

Very happy with the work that was done. They came for our "emergency" situation, got everything completed in a timely manner, and clearly explained what was going on and how they were going to fix it.
