+ -1 moreI called a number of companies and since i have an wayne dalton idrive and torquemaster spring, many either don't want to service it or would charge me a lot. 1 company would come on a sunday for $300. If on a monday, they would come fix it for $200. Ridiculous prices for just a tangled cable. Pacific overhead garage is one of the few that are very familiar w/ wayne dalton products. The guy came, knows exactly what to do. It did take 20minutes to get it fixed but he did get it done. The best part is, they quoted me the cheapest - $85 which is very reasonable.
Description of Work: i have a wayne dalton garage torque master spring. the cable that pulls the door up got tangled. I called pacific garage door and the next day, they came on time, fixed it and charge me a nominal fee of about $85.

+ 0 moreThey are really good. They're very busy. They're not going to be there right away. They're thorough. They're honest. It turned out wonderfully. I would use them again in the future if needed.
Description of Work: We used Pacific Overhead Garage Doors recently. They came about 2 weeks ago. They did some welding work and repaired a gate that had been damaged in the high wind storms. They also did maintenance and service on our automatic gates for our home, our entryway. It was specialty welding and repairs as well, also. The $400 was everything included.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH PACIFIC OVERHEAD GARAGE DOORS. NOT ONLY WERE THEY PUNCTUAL AND PROMPT, BUT THEIR PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE, THEIR WORK FLAWLESS AND THEIR PRODUCT WAS SUPERB.
Description of Work: WE USED PACIFIC OVERHEAD GARAGE DOORS TO INSTALL A NEW ROLL-UP GARAGE DOOR. WE ALSO CONTRACTED WITH THEM TO REMOVE OUR OLD DOOR.

+ -1 moreIT WAS GOOD. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN IF I NEEDED ANYTHING. I THINK EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM WAS GOOD. MY DAUGHTER WENT TO THE ACTUAL SHOWROOM, AND TOOK CARE OF SELECTING THE DOOR. I WAS ONLY EXPOSED TO THE ONE FELLOW THAT INSTALLED IT. HE WAS GOOD AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING IN A REASONABLE TIME. MY DAUGHTER THOUGHT THEY WERE NICE.

+ -1 moreI FOUND THIS COMPANY IN THE PENNY SAVER, WHICH IS A LOCAL NEWSPAPER. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. I RECEIVED QUALITY MERCHANDISE, AND THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. I WAS GIVEN VITAL INFORMATION AS TO FUNCTIONS, OPERATIONS, AND TROUBLE SHOOTING. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WAY AHEAD OF THE SCHEDULED TIME, AND THEY EVEN HAULED AWAY THE OLD GARAGE DOOR. I WOULD USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AS WELL AS RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
Description of Work: REPLACED THE OLD GARAGE DOOR WITH A DIFFERENT STYLE, AND FUNCTIONS.

+ -1 moreTHE WINDOW CAME OUR BEAUTIFULLY. IT REALLY BRIGHTENS UP MY KITCHEN AND MAKES IT LOOK BIGGER. THE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROMPT. THE WINDOW WAS INSTALLED A LOT QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY DID THE INSTALLATION OF MY GARDEN WINDOW, IN PLACE OF A STANDARD KITCHEN WINDOW.
