+ -1 moreInitially, all looked OK. Later, when I tried to lock the deadbolt to garage entry door, it did not line up. My gate has started to sag, I have wood damage that was not repaired when Felix did his work. When he was shown the wood that was not repaired, he told me he would take care of it. As time has gone on, I am not happy with repairs that were done to the amount of $4,000.00! When the painters arrive in October, I fear that I will have additional repairs to be done at an additional cost to me. Not acceptable with the amount of monies that were paid to Felix Nunez at NRF construction. Both Felix Sr and son were personable, but did not follow through. I feel that I was over charged for mediocre work.
Description of Work: Wood repair to outside of home before painting by HOA. Also had garage entry door and gate replaced.
