I need a landscaping helper. He knew nothing about the work, he just acted as a middleman to collect the fee and had another guy who is a landscaping worker did the job.

Marcos Ortiz did not finish the job he agreed to come over on three different dates to finish the job and he did not show up. Then he finally told me to hire somebody else. He was extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
