We talked on Friday at 4pm, he said he would go there on Saturday 12-1pm. I heard nothing back, so I contacted him Saturday afternoon and again Monday morning. He never even went. Flakey and unreliable.

I love my new gates. They are so beautifully designed by Carlos. Carlos listened carefully what I have in mind and design beautiful and perfect gates for my home. Lift Master motor is so quiet and awesome. I love it, too. Thank you so much, Carlos.

Project was completed in two and one-half days as estimated. Fecence looks great, was built as stated. Carlos Gomez was person initially contacted and requested estimate from. Cost was great and within my planned budget. Would re-hire Mr. Gomez and his crew anytime.
Description of Work: Wood fence built to replace old wooden fence which was blown down recently by strong winds.

Carlos came in with a great attitude, punctual, eager to get the job completed. I live in Seattle and the work was done in Ontario CA. My mother was very surprised of the outstanding customer service. There really isn't enough companies who take pride in their work like Hernandez fencing.

I always do a little more/extra work for my customers but you were asking for too much. You wanted my employees to do way more than the job you hired us for. My employees did help you with the extra work you requested for free but they only did what was fair.
