Francisco was very responsive & helpful. As he walked the job he offered to do things I had not asked for at no additional charge. I had had several other painters quote the job but he offered the most for the least. The bonus was that he really could deliver. His finish product is flawless! He & his crew are quick yet careful & there is no mess to clean up after they leave. This is my 3rd home remodel & he is the fastest & the most flawless painter I have worked with. He is on time, professional & helpful.

I called on a Sunday morning assuming I would be leaving a message but, Francisco not only answered the phone but offered to schedule a time on that day to look at the job. He walked around the house pointing out items he would fix/repair before painting which would be included in the price. He repaired stucco, filled holes from termite damage (termite work had just been completed), pretreated mold, removed on old abandoned TV dish. There was NO over-spray & his cut-in work is flawless. He painted trim & stucco as well as a patio cover. All was perfect. He even put a clear coat over the new paint where there had been a fungus/mold problem at no charge. He & his workers are quick & the finish work is excellent. They clean up so when they leave all is perfect! This is the best painter I have ever worked with & this is my 3rd home remodel.
