+ -1 moreI am very pleased with the work that Mr. Fossler did. The tankless water heater is great! What I really appreciate is the following. Mr. Fossler did all the work that he agreed to and more. I was having some electrical work done on my home at the same time that Mr. Fossler was here. The electrician needed a hose bib to ground the new panel to. I asked Mr. Fossler if he could do it and he agreed to it. I really appreciate that. This was work that was not in our original agreement and he did it without an extra charge.
Description of Work: Mr. Fossler (Dr. Drain) installed a new exterior tankless water heater (Takagi) on our home. He ran the copper piping over to the new installation location. He also ran the gas line over to the new location. Mr. Fossler also removed and desposed of the old water heater for us. He installed a new hose bib on the side of the house.

Description of Work: Dr Drain is our house plumber. Michael Fosler is excellent in his work, his timeliness, his followup. Don't be fooled by the name. He is a full service plumber. He has done various small projects around the house and also helped direct us to other contractors after a pipe break for cleanup and repair.
