Description of Work: I signed up for their landscape plan offer. The rep (Andy) showed up as scheduled. He and his asst. took measurements an we discussed my my needs. It took over a week and a phone call from me before I received my plan in email. It was a hand drawing in ruff black ink on a letter size paper. Not to be cruel, but a grown child could have drawn it with my input on the same day. It certainly not what I expected for what was paid. Disappointing!
