He is so meticulous about keeping the area clean and free of any debris. Our item was taken out of the house and there was nothing left for me to pick up. Not only is he on time and does a wonderful job, he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. We will definately call him again without hesitation. He is also fairly priced."
