I just had my pool equipment calibrated by the installation Company. The tech from Quality Pool insisted on changing the settings, even though I begged him to stop. He quit his position with me that day. I would have kept him if he had just been willing to realize I was his boss. He thought he was my boss. He also kept using a gate after I asked him not to. A board fell off of the gate because he refused to do as I asked.
