They gave me a 12-4 window. I let them know the only time I couldn't be there was a 15 minute window when I had to pick up my daughter. They told me the only time they could come was the time I couldn't be there. I waited almost for hours and they pushed me back until the bottom of the hour. I am so disappointed. The time I had to spent waiting for their service was unnecessary and now I have to do more research to find a plumber after I have already waited a week to have them come out. I am extremely dissatisfied. I had to take off of work and miss an entire day of pay to wait on these people and they just don't seem to realize what I had to deal with to accommodate a plumbing service.

Lapse in having a current Business license in my city. I was not able to secure an appointment to have an inspection after having to get my own building permit (they told me they would secure for me) After several days & calls to Valley Plumbing, they finally did renew their license in my city. I will now be able to get it inspected. Frustrating & I had to take time off work to deal with this.

Very professional and friendly staff. Little bit pricy but nice quality work. I like that they have own trained staff (no third party contractor) for installation.

I called in the evening the night before, when we discovered the leak. In the morning I received a call that they could fit me in at 10, but moments after that they called and said the plumber could come now as he'd finished a job early. The plumber seemed very capable, and was courteous and professional. He did not get annoyed with my youngest trying to watch him and he even let her help a bit. The work went well, and we were satisfied with the outcome. We plan to do some more work with them in the future.

I called approximately 7:30 PM last night; got a live person, which I was not expecting. The estimated time of arrival was to be between 10 AM and 2 PM. He arrived at approximately 9:30 AM. I explained the problem and how it had come about, and he got to work. Less than half an hour later ? hey, it was a simple job ? he was done. He explained what he did, gave a couple of suggestions, and was on his way. I think the thing that made me most pleased was the early arrival. I mean, getting my bathtub back was good, too.

Scheduling is easy and professional. Work is done fast and well. No charge for the trip, just $135/h fee+material-$20 angie's list coupon. Compare to another company who wants to cut and cap a pipe for me for $140, Valley Plumbing is better.

They did a great job. The brand of the handle that I had was not really around anymore, so the guy went to the Home Depot and found the proper materials that would fit my tub.

I just purchased parts for our Toto toilets.

He arrived quickly, maybe quicker than expected. He was personable, did the job well, and gave a few tips on how to avoid the problem in the future.

I think the service man's name was Mark and everything went fine. I had a great experience with them; he was good. Their price was fair.

The experience was good. They were very prompt with their ability to come out and provide a proposal and they came according to the time they said they would come. They were professional thorough and pleasant to deal with.

It's never a good time to have your toilets stop working, but it's especially stressful on a Sunday evening at 7 pm when you have family visiting from out of town. I called 3 plumming services: the first got back to me right away but their On-call tech was already booked; the second I left a message (who didn't call me back until the next day); and Mike at Valley Plumming who actually ANSWERED my call! Yea! Mike explained up front the hourly rate & that we would be paying double time due to the late hour on the weekend. The technician worked quickly & efficiently to resolve the problem. He was neat & left everything clean. We were very pleased that everything went well & he was done in less than 2 hours. I would recommend Valley Plumbing for emergency services.

They were okay. I ended up not using them because I think of a schedule issue, but I think they were pretty courteous. I think their quote was okay, and I did not have any other interaction with them after I received the quote because another plumber came over and thought the valve could be repaired. It does not have to be replaced.

Arrived within an hour of the call for service, which was quite impressive. Offered professional advice beyond the scope of the work requested. Fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Responsive, friendly and high quality service. Certainly they will be my 'go to' provider in the future.

Arrived on time. Professional plumbers. Neat and tidy. The work was done in 3.5 hours. I will hire them again to install toilets and a laundry room sink and faucet. When I called on Monday, they scheduled the service on Wednesday at 8 am. Two plumbers arrived at 8 and we finished by 11:30. It was one of the most pleasant plumbing experiences I have ever had!

Everything was done very quickly. A couple of years ago I asked another plumber to deal with the faucet and he told me it couldn't be fixed. David from Valley opened it up, changed a washer, and was done in 10 minutes. I'm very happy with them.

The representative did a very good job. He explained what he was going to do and gave me advice as to what my requirements would be.

The plumber arrived during the scheduled time frame. His uniform was clean, unlike some other plumbing companies I have dealt with, including one I worked with many years ago. He told me what he was going to do and how long it would take. The total come in just as was quoted to me and he explained what parts were needed and how the new valve worked. He left the work area clean. I could probably have shaved a couple of dollars off the repair cost by calling around for quotes but the plumber who came out was so efficient and professional that I would not hesitate to call Valley Plumbing again in the future AND recommend them to my friends and family.

They provide good service. Their contact communications is good. They were here on time. They are committed to do a good job. Their staff members are good and I don’t get a recording when I call. They have been very friendly and helpful. They are now finding ways to make the toilet work and it is going to a while to get that done right. I have not compared their prices.

Ryan was on time, courteous, and professional. He explained was he was doing, showed me the damaged / replaced pipe. Then offered safety tips for the house as a whole.

We had an emergency on the weekend, caused by a leak in the pipes that control our indoor fire sprinklers. We had just returned from a trip, and noticed a loud noise and wet wall in the garage. The technician, Mark, was here 1-1/2 hours after I called on a Sunday afternoon. Mark was very professional, thorough, and found solutions for what was a complicated issue. Working on an hourly rate, he did everything he could to minimize the time spent, while still doing an excellent job. Had the leak continued, we would've had a much larger problem to contend with. I would highly recommend Valley Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work, whether routine or urgent.

I'm happy with his work, but I think the labor is high ($201.75/hr on Sat).

The work done was excellent. The plumber explained all of the work done and parts that were replaced. All work was completed in a professional manor.

I had tried every method I had heard of to unclog my toilet, to no avail. I called them and they were there within the hour. It was more costly because my toilet decided to be clogged on a time and a half day. (Saturday) But they gave me 20% off for being an "Angie member", so that helped. The person on the phone was polite and professional and the person who came out was as well.

Showed up promptly and assessed the situation as a clogged drain-line between the laundry and kitchen. Snaked the line and removed the clog, and then also helped with another slow drain problem we had. Very nice people both on site and in the office.
