Valley Plumbing Home Center is a licensed, insured and bonded company that has been servicing the Tri-Valley area for over 30 years. Established in 1982, we have grown from a family-owned business to a corporation with the same family feeling. If you could email me directly my contact info is attached. If that is asking too much then I appreciate the info provided already. Anytime we can gather information to provide a better services to our customers we do so. You had listed the quality & price as a C. Our product offerings for Standard storage tank water heaters is from Bradford White and in my 35 plus years of working in this industry I have yet to find a better product on the market, comparing apples to apples. For Tankless units we have found Rinnai to be the leader in innovation and reliability. Both are very good to us with availability of repair parts. Also the cost of these units are very comparable to anything else on the marked. Not to say there are not less expensive units out there but cost is not everything we look at when we purchase our products to sell. Description of Work: They were supposed to replace my shower valve. I asked whether they could get access through the shower wall, and they assured me it would not be a problem. The technician then broke the shower wall when cutting an access hole. Since the wall now has cracks it will need to be replaced. I made a partial payment for the work on the day of service and they did not dispute that, but even that seemed like too much as I still need to replace the wall. I asked them to quote me on a shower replacement and it seemed way overpriced, especially since they were responsible for breaking the wall. I will not be using them when I ultimately replace the shower.

Description of Work: Purchased new water efficient toilet which they installed. Scheduled appt. window was 8am to 12pm. At 1130am I called to check status. I was told that plumber was delayed and would be at my home by 1214pm. He arrived at 1240. I understand that with plumbing things can happen and more time is required. I don't have an issue with the plumber. I think dispatch should have monitored his schedule and called me to let me know of the delay and then provide a more realistic arrival estimate. Once on the job, service was EXCELLENT. Fast and clean. I'll replace another older toilet soon and I expect to call Valley Plumbing again
