Valley Plumbing arrived on time and quickly resolved the problem with my leaking bathroom faucet. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called Valley Plumbing in the morning and described my problem (leaking water heater). They were able to schedule service for that afternoon. Service man arrived at scheduled time and completed replacement in a few hours, removing the old heater and leaving the area clean and tidy.

They were extremely professional and responsive and the quote they gave was very reasonable. The guy was very nice and gave us a perspective on what we could use them for, he was also very honest and had a lot of integrity! I think they really live up to their motto "Integrity Before Profit." We ended up using them for other work later in the year which was not for the project we had originally called them for back in January. They replaced all of the internal plumbing in my house and this turned out excellent!

Fabulous. My really old water heater sprung a leak and that sealed its fate. Found VP on Angie's and they helped me select a bigger unit (which we seriously needed), then had it installed by noon the next day. A few configuration changes necessitated by going from a 50 to a 75-gal. unit were no problem for Mark the installer, and no extra charge! I found this to be the easiest fix in my house in the past few years, and I think the price was more than fair. Bravo VP!

They charged me for 1.5 hours to replace two valve seats and wahsers. (A value seat is a small round piece of metal which screws into the back of a faucet. The rubber washer from the valve presses against the value seat to stop the flow of water.) This is a very minor job. It should take 15 minutes tops. It just requires a special tool to remove the valve seat. The plumber worked incredible slow. I had them stop right at the top hour. He then took an additional 10 minutes to write up the invoice. He charged me for two additional 15 minute increments. He claimed that since he went a few minutes over the 15 minute mark he had to charge me for the whole quarter hour. He spent this time writing the invoice. Reading another review it sounds like this is a common practice for this company. What is even funnier is their motto! "Integrity before profit." This was not my experience. I would not recommend them.

Let's grant credit where credit is due. Excellent customer service and timeleness. The call center is excellent in handling my call and punctuality of technician was very good. What I did not like was the charging 1/4 of time once an hour is done even by 2 or 3 minutes going over. Once the job was done, the technician would go to his vehicle and add up the bill and charge me an extra 1/4 of an hour for just going over by 2 or 3 minutes. Worse than that, he does not carry any change so I had to forgive him my change (was $4.xx). So over all the bill should have been about $148.xx, instead became $190.00. I agree the job was done well but would not agree to pay about $40.xx + for couple of minutes going over an hour (they round off that 2 minutes to 1/4 of an hour and make you pay for it). I would not recommand this kind of billing practice

Once they came in and measured and we picked out the granit counter tops . We were only out os our kitchen 2 days. Backsplash was done a little later. Love it all.

Was appointment for between 10 & 2. Phoned at 1:00 to say would be arriving at about 3:00 & did. Worked for 150 minutes. Cleaned up. Showed emergency gas & water shut offs as leaving.

Very good experience from start to finish. The scheduler was polite and efficient and the service was actually performed a day earlier than scheduled when time opened up in their schedule. The technician was friendly, neat and performed quality work. Overall, very good service and I would recommend them and use them again, myself.

Namen arrived as scheduled and introduced himself. He asked me what the issues were with my gas line as well as the plumbing issue. I told him that an electrician had replaced the outlet and recommended that the gas hose be replaced since it was kinked. Namen removed the base plate and checked the range and outlet. He then jiggled the range out for clearance, and indicated that the hose was too short and kinked, and replaced it with a 36' hose. He also performed a soap test to check for leaks. He asked about the groaning noise from my call, and I told him the noise would begin after the toilet bowl was filled, I thought my regulator might need replacement. The toilet was flushed and he diagnosed the noise was due to the stop valve being in an almost off position - contributing to the vibration and why the commode was slow in filling. He also suggested that I run the washing machine to see if the noise persisted. He then checked the water heater and asked if I knew where the gas and water shut-off valves were. I knew their location, and he demonstrated how the gas valve should be turned off. He confirmed my total bill with the office, and then reviewed the details of my invoice. He gave me a welcome envelope and a coupon for a $10 discount on my next service call. He also mentioned that Valley provided free estimates for bathroom remodeling when I inquired about this service. He was very professional and courteous.

I spoke to Virginia first thing in the morning. She was extremely nice, professional, helpful and asked all the right questions. The quote provided was spot on accurate.Mark showed up earlier than I expected and was very courteous and professional as well. He reviewed the area, went over everything he was going to do and performed the work as described. His work was meticulous and the installation was very clean and well done. He left the water heater closet cleaner that it was before he arrived. Mark is a nice gentleman and was pleasant to have around. It was apparent based on conversations with him that he was proud to be a member of the Valley Plumbing team and took pride in his work as well.I am sure I could have found a less expensive plumber and saved a few bucks, but based on the reviews and now. based on my experience, I am glad to have chosen Valley Plumbing. Professionalism, quality workmanship, and integrity have high value to me as a homeowner and consumer.I would highly recommend Valley Plumbing and will use them again if needed.

Called for emergency service on Father's Day. Got a quick call back (had called 3 others who either nerver called back or called back the next day). Tech was at our home in under an hour (did I mention that it was Father's Day?) and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. System was routed and clear withing a half hour. Very reasonable price for Sunday and Father's Day emergency service. Total professional.

PROBLEM: Second Story, Guest bathroom shower was leaking severely with water coming through the ceiling of the first floor living room. SOLUTION: The plumber identified the problem, explored different approaches before taking action. Explained what he planned to do and why. Prepared the area with plastic sheeting to cover floor, furniture, etc. Cut a 12" X 12" hole in the drywall ceiling. Observed the problem. Explained the course of action he was going to take. Expanded the hole in the ceiling dry wall to provide access. The trap was cracked and leaking. Cut away the cracked trap and replaced with new materials. Tested extensively. When satisfied cleaned area, removed tools, etc. Recommended leaving ceiling open 2-3 days before fixing dry wall and painting. Presented invoice, was paid, and departed. Very professional, organized and customer oriented.

My tub was clogged and the water was not draining, so I called to have an estimate, and the person who answered was very nice, she gave me an estimate over the phone and reminded me to print out my coupon in order to have a discount. We set up an appointment and gave me a 4 hour window.David arrived on time, I showed him my tub and explained to him the problem. He immediately started working. He removed the lift and found broken glass, so he used a vacuum to extract all the glass. He let the water run for a few minutes and made sure everything was ok.I was happy with his work, and definitely I will use this company in the future.

John was very professional throughout the visit and we felt there was value added by having him come out to the house and see what we had to work with, as well as what we are looking for. He did not rush through anything and seemed to go the extra effort to make sure he had any info he needed. We promptly received a professional looking estimate shortly after via email. We are currently having multiple companies provide estimates and have not made a selection yet. VPHC's prices are on the high side, however it seems to be a very thorough quote.

They were great. We were expecting to pay a lot more. They were A+ on responsiveness. They were exactly on time. They were fabulous. We have their magnet on our fridge and we have a $10 off coupon.

One of the toilets in the master bathroom was leaking all over so I went to Angies List and found these great plumbers who came very quickly and solved the problem. They were professional and reasonable in price. Yesterday I recommended them to a neighbor. Thanks very much!

I purchased the bathroom fixtures (shower heads, handheld showers, faucets, etc.), bathroom accessories (medicine cabinets, towel bars, shower curtain rod), and plumbing items (valves), from Valley Plumbing for my remodeled bathrooms. The staff there, Vicci and Stark, were extremely good in listening to what my husband and I wanted, and they explained very well what was needed to implement what we wanted. The prices were fair and the amount of time to get the parts was reasonable. During the remodeling, there were times when a change needed to be made and a different part or more parts needed to be ordered. Vicci was very good in getting the parts ordered and delivered quickly. The company was also very good in accepting returned parts that couldn't be used because of the changes. I highly recommend Valley Plumbing. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and I would use this company again.

Mark did a great job in fixing our clogged drain. After my husband spent 2 hrs trying to fix the problem, Mark arrived promptly, quickly assessed the problem and fixed it witin the hour. Very efficient, professional and courteous! I has a group of 11 women coming in 2 hrs and Valley Plumbing saved the night, thank you!
