Established in 1982, we have grown from a family-owned business to a corporation with the same family feeling. Thank you for the review. I would hope that the info you wrote, that we were at a higher cost, was because the others just quoted the low ball price over the phone. Most of the time they won't give a cost over the phone at all. If they do when they show up the cost changes due to all the upgrades they say are needed to bring the unit to code and now it's way over what they said to you from the beginning. We take pride in making sure you know all the information ahead of time to the best of our abilities. By asking you questions over the phone and getting all the info we can to give you the most accurate cost we can. No bate and switch games. Description of Work: A toilet overflowed, so they unclogged the problem at its source. All toilets work better now, because they persevered in unclogging one really stubborn back-up in my household plumbing. Afterwards they inspected the layout of the pipes using a plumbing-camera. I was very pleased with their service and hard work.

Description of Work: The service was great. I had a leaking toilet and he was able to fix it in a couple of hours even with having to redrill the bolts. The price came to just what he quoted. He even checked the other bathroom and said it didn't need to fixed.

I will hire them again.
Description of Work: They were very responsive both via Angie's list email and on the phone. Up front about estimated costs of repair and time to repair. Experience with installing reverse osmosis water filtration system. Explained need for re-work of under sink pipes to properly install the RO device. Time to repair was within the range they quoted (1.5 hrs) and less than another quoted for the job (3 hrs). They also were able to repair an outdoor shower with the existing trim cartridge in the truck, not having to make a special order for the cartridge - which was fortunate for me - saved me a day from having to wait around for a plumbing appointment. They also installed shut off valves to the outdoor shower allowing us to drain the pipes in winter. Again the time for the job was exactly what they expected it to be and was (again) less time to do than the other plumber's quote. They know what they are doing and were accurate in knowing how much time it would take to do the job. I appreciate that when I'm paying by the hour. I will hire them again.
