Trevor & team did a fabulous job. They were not the cheapest, but the price was very well worth the attention and care paid to detail. They removed and washed the screens, inspected a blockage in the gutter and helped diagnose an issue, ensured that furniture was placed back correctly, and didn't leave evidence -- except sparkling windows. They did provide a discount for combining window washing and gutter cleaning so I was very satisfied with the value provided, and their office staff was efficient and flexible in scheduling around rainy weather.

Good but i thought for the price it should include the frame as well

Trevor and Hector, the workers who came to our home, were wonderful: professional, personable, efficient and they did an excellent job. They answered my questions, were environmentally aware, and were even careful to not let our 2 cats outside. Lynn, with whom I set up our appointment via email, was extremely patient and helpful, particularly with the HOA requirements. She also managed to be warm and funny, while always professional, via email! I highly recommend this company for jobs of all sizes.

In every respect, Trevor and his skilled team of window washing experts performed a service that sets the bar high for all service-providers and to which anyone in the trades should aspire to. These men were prompt (even early), polite, friendly, courteous, and clean. They were incredibly efficient and had the many windows of our two-story home sparkling in short order. They removed and cleaned the screens flawlessly. The water stains which had been on our patio sliding glass doors for years disappeared under their magical sponges and squeegees. In all, this was an unexpectedly positive and enjoyable experience. We rate this company and the owner, Trevor, an A plus (A+) for effort, value, and outcome. We will most definitely use their services again in the future, and will endorse their work most enthusiastically to our friends and neighbors. The WindowWasher.Com is a well-run company whose goal is customer satisfaction, which they certainly achieve!!

They were very professional. They called ahead to ask if they could start a little earlier than scheduled, which was great by me. They were fast and cleaned up after themselves.

He was excellent and quick. I was worried about someone coming into my house and he was just so quick. I have high ceilings and he got everything. He went outside and got it done. I thought he would be here all day, but he was done in two hours. I could really tell the difference. Once some other people came and the windows are streaked outside now. He was prompt, professional and quick. It was a job really well done.

We emailed 3 providers from Angie's list, giving details of the house and what needed to be done. We asked for a quote. One service never replied, another replied but asked us to call them for a verbal quote, and The Windowwasher.com responded quickly with a quote, advising there was a discount if we scheduled al services for the same day. We contacted windowwasher.com and were able to schedule the service easily around our needs. They showed up a few minutes late, but telephoned well in advance to advise they were delayed at their current job and would be less than 30 minutes late for ours. They arrived as promised, were very pleasant and professional. We did not have to give any special directions, as they did such a professional job quickly and thoroughly, and according to the quote they gave us originally, less the discount as promised. We will be setting up a schedule with this provider for future services on a regular basis.

They were excellent. They were very good, my windows looked great. I thought the price was excessive.

When we called we were given the price over the phone, along with a detailed description of the services provided. We thought the price was reasonable and booked an appointment. They were able to accommodate us within just a few days. The window cleaners arrived on schedule, in fact they were about 15 minutes early which was fine with us. The two young men were friendly, careful and very very efficient! They cleaned the screens, tracks, and of course the windows, inside and out. We're very happy with the results, and will definitely use this company again.

The appointment was made. They arrived on time, started removing screens and cleaning them so they would be dry when windows were finished. Then one person came inside to clean windows and another outside to do the same. All finished, I made their check and they were on their way.

Two very polite employees arrived at my home and cleaned my windows inside and out. They wore socks in my house and were very careful not to drip on my walls, carpet or furniture. I was very pleased with the results and plan to have them back in the summer to clean my windows again. They were very professional in their interactions with me and completed their work in a timely manner.

Trevor and his crew arrived right at the appointed time, and did an outstanding job on the windows. They also cleaned the mirrored sliding glass doors in the guest bedroom, and the skylight in the bathroom. At my request, they also wiped down a few cobwebs that I couldn't reach while they were cleaning the inside of some very high windows in the DR/LR. Some pieces of furniture had to be moved in order to get to the windows, and they put all of the furniture back in the proper place. The price was competitive, and I also received an unexpected $20 discount for being a member of Angie's List. I would definitely use this company again, and also recommend them to friends and neighbors.

A crew from WindowWasher.com showed up more or less punctually (within 20 min of the 8 am appointment time). They were friendly, professional, and efficient. I was impressed at how well the crew of the three worked together, with two guys focused on the pressure washing of the facade of the house followed by cleaning the windows and the other guy washing windows at the rear of the house. I rate a "B" for quality because they definitely did a good job, but the pressure washing wasn't stellar. Our front doors, for example, still have dirt and soot on them, though they are much better than they were. As I said, it looks good, not great. The windows, on the other hand, are crystal clear and look great

While the main guy was inside getting details the other guy was busy getting stuff ready. Very efficient and friendly. They took a $30 coupon we had from 2004. For a single storey house we felt it was pricey.

From the first contact, making the appointment, the cleaners arriving 10 minutes before the two hour expectation. They were courteous, pleasant, professional the windows look fantastic I personally moved objects and furniture away from the windows before they arrived and replaced them. I didn't ask if they would move and replace items and furniture. I couldn't have been happier with the whole process: the initial contact, appointment, the sparkling windows and the price. I will definitely call The WindowWasher again. The results and price were well worth the investment

The two gentlemen arrived earlier than planned (but that was ok)/ They did a great job! What a pleasure it was to have there service.

They arrived early and were very polite and efficient and clean. My only complaint was that they moved furniture and put up blinds & didn't put them back to original location unless I noticed & reminded them; then they did it without complaint. I missed my bed & I'm stuck with it away from the wall, so I'll have to get someone else to push it back for me. But overall they were terrific.

I thought they did an excellent job. The workers were good. There were no complications with the company whatsoever. I would highly recommend them.

We like their service, they do a thorough job, and they are convenient. They are flexible and we would recommend them to others. The workers are good because they do the work with her or not we are present. The lady that does the scheduling is good and so I guess so are the workers. They come and do the job, are efficient and they leave. I think that their pricing is average.
