+ -1 moreSTANDARD PACIFIC WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY WERE POLITE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW ON RETURNING FOLLOW UP CALLS, BUT OVER ALL WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORKED THEY DID.
Description of Work: STANDARD PACIFIC HOMES BUILT OUR NEW HOME. WE HELPED TO PICK THE PLANS, AND THEY DID ALL THE REST.

+ -1 moreSTANDARD PACIFIC WAS FAST TO RESPOND TO OUR NEEDS. GOOD COMMUNICATION. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. VERY WELL MANNERED. GREAT TEAM WORK AND HARD WORKING GROUP. THE JOB LOOKS GOOD AND NO RETURNING MOLD.
Description of Work: STANDARD PACIFIC REMOVED A SECTION OF THE WALL IN THE LIVING ROOM THAT WAS MOLDY. ONCE WE TREATED THE AREA, THEY REINSTALLED DRYWALL AND RETEXTURED THE WALL. THEN PAINTED THE WALL.
