Tom Serrano and his team were professional, knowledgeable, clean and respectful while remodeling our home. From the initial design phase to the actual work, they took great care to every detail. Each day began with a meeting on the activities and any issues that needed resolution. Each day ended with a thorough cleaning of the construction zone. The people who worked on our home were careful, professional and experienced at their crafts. We are very happy with the work that Serrano Kitchen and Bath did for us. They are true artisans and craftsmen and we look forward to hiring them again.

Working with Serrano Kitchen & Bath has been an amazing experience. Tom Serrano has a hard working, conscientious, skilled and friendly team of employees and subcontractors. They are on the job every day without fail and Tom does a great job of keeping us posted on the many facets of our major remodel on a daily basis. The job site is kept clean and safe and we are on budget, on time, and on task. I would proudly refer this company to anyone looking to remodel their home.

Both jobs went great. Serrano Kitchen & Bath recommended options on what needed to be done, and then worked with us to make the best choice. The work is all completed in a timely manner and they are good about communicating the unavoidable changes that come up in a construction project. I like that fact that they are very good about cleaning up each day, so you don't come home to a big mess! When we did our kitchen, they made smart decisions in the order of the construction steps to minimize the disruption to our family's daily schedule.

It went great. They were as hoped for - professional, on time and high quality. I'm highly satisfied with the end product. I most appreciate the responsiveness to my questions and/or concerns and how they were handled/resolved. I continue to get big compliments on my kitchen. I will use them again.

Very well, Tom the owner was very professional and responsive. He was on site daily checking the sub contractors or doing the work himself. As issues came up he was there to resolve problems. He sought out tile and Quartz suppliers to get the best price. Each day the work area was cleaned and materials were taken from the area. His design included a reworking of the shower configuration so that faucets can be reached from outside of the shower for convenience and safety and yet attractive situated. He was always available by cell phone and responded quickly when I had questions or wanted to discuss something. I have used Serrano Kitchen and Bath before for remodeling in my previous house and will again. Great job

Very good. Had several snags along the way that could not be foreseen. Floor damage and electrical repair. Contractor handled it all at a reasonable price. No outrageous requests and found good ways to complete the spec to code. We also had a few issues with the cabinet and sink vendor. Contractor was able to work out all issues with both vendors. We ordered our own cabinets, contractor provided install service. Work was provide in home. Contractor and staff were courteous and professional through the process. The best part about Serrano Kitchen and Bath was that they listened to our requests. When we had a need, he went out of his way, put himself in our shoes and helped us work through the issue.
