We would recommend them. After we moved in, it was discovered that this particular model home had a ceiling construction flaw where the ceiling was cracking more than it should have. They had to repair probably 30 or more home ceilings in this particular model where we live. They worked with their own engineers as well as representatives of the home owner’s who were having the problems. It took about 2 years to figure out what to do about everything. When the time came and the decisions were finally made, they were very gracious about repairing the ceiling and took the lead in the process. They helped us, made arrangements and paid for our lodging and meals while we couldn’t live in our house for a week. We did have an issue with the painting because we have custom paint in our home and their painter was not as perfect as we wanted him to be. He was back two more times to make it how it needed to be. They packed all our stuff and put it in a container outside on our driveway so that nothing would get damaged or dirty. Then they put it all back. There was inconvenience, but it was a pleasant one. They did what they were supposed to do without causing more difficulty. We didn’t have to pay anything; it was all on them plus it extended the warranty for the house for more years. So that was good. There was no out of pocket expense. In terms of their responsiveness, the people involved kind of messed up with the paying us back part at the end which took way too long.
