I had been searching for a while to find a company that would do bird removal services for residential areas. All the ones I had called were for commercial only. I called and was able to get on the calendar for that week. Ken came and gave us an estimate after evaluating the situation and I called the office back immediately to schedule. We had birds that actually pecked through some of the trim work in our home which is stucco, but the trim is foam shaped and the birds decided to make it a home for them by slowly pecking away at the foam until they formed a nice hole, 2 of them at that. They then decided to start pecking at the stucco. Bird mess was all over our patio which made it hard to go out to sit and relax without having to hose it down. I couldn't wait until Ken got here to fix. It was scheduled for 2 appts. He installed a one way screen over the holes where the birds could get out, but not in, then would be back in a week to cover up the holes. During his 2nd visit, we found the birds decided to make nests on our outdoor speakers. Ken then took down the nests and put on birds spikes to keep them from returning. Ken's professionalism and knowledge to help us get rid of the birds for good WORKED!! For the first week we had some angry birds!!! And now, they have left our home and moved on. I highly recommend them if you have a bird problem. Since they did such a great job with the bird removal, I am positive they would do an excellent job ridding rodents from your home as well. Thanks Premier Rodent for evicting those pesky birds from our home!
