+ -1 moreRyan was great! Very personable and knowledgeable about the entire system. He fixed the connection to my pool sweep and then gave me a lot of advice to clear the water (it was green). He said "Do this and that and your pool will be clear in 2 days." That is exactly what happened. Highly recommend this company

+ -1 moreI asked to schedule an appointment as I work and cannot have schedules left up in the air. This person also wanted the service referral number from Jandy first. To which I said, come on out first before I will give you my warranty claim number so they can charge Jandy. Not happy with the initial call.
Description of Work: Answered the phone and gave a rough estimate of when they "might" be able to come by for a Jandy warranty service call. Maybe 3~5 days when we have a moment.

+ -1 morePLEASANTON POOL CENTER PROVIDES THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. ON ALL YOUR POOL NEEDS. FROM IN STORE HELP TO WORK ON THE POOL IT'S SELF. THEY ARE EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: REMOVED THE PUMP AND REPLACED THE BEARINGS AND SEAL O RING ON HEATER. THEY SERVICED THE ENTIRE PUMP SYSTEM.

+ -1 morePLEASANTON POOL CENTER WAS VERY FAST TO FIT US IN ON THEIR SCHEDULE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED THE POOL, FILTER AND ADDED CHEMICALS TO START UP FOR THE SUMMER. POOL LOOKS GREAT.
