I called the Pleasanton Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners on a Sunday and left a message expecting a return call on Monday. To my delight, I got a call back later that evening. We quickly went over details and reviewed their service and experience. I could tell from this conversation this company was very knowledgeable and would provide good service at a fair price. And they did. They completed the job within the estimated time and to my satisfaction. They also provided some additional information on the quality of the carpet (it was in the house before we bought it), and how long it will last. They helped me achieve my goal of clean carpets in time for a important event!

Great family owned business. Talked to a guy called Frank, I think, to set up the service. They answer calls promptly. They are professional, punctual and did a fantastic job. Their rates were so much better than stanley steemer or 1800 steamer etc generic carpet cleaners. They were clear, unlike other businesses that are wishy washy about their commitment to complete the job. They worked around our schedule when some renovation guys we hired went over their timeline and we had to reschedule the carpet cleaning job. Very happy with their service. Would hire them again pretty soon, whenever our carpet needs freshening up again.

Pleasanton Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners are very professional. They come within a few minutes of when they say they are going to come. They do a great job of cleaning and make sure nothing is damaged. They are very helpful moving the furniture and take care of it.

I had called another carpet cleaning company, gave them a detailed description of the job over the phone. They quoted a good price, so I scheduled the following Saturday for the cleaning. We moved the furniture in advance and were ready to go. However, when the carpet cleaners arrived at my home, they wanted to increase the price 25% and refused to clean under the bed, even though we moved it to one side. I was extremely irritated by this. So I called Pleasanton Carpet Cleaners(my original second choice), told them the square footage, and asked for their availability. They gave me a much better quote and said they had a truck in the area who could be at my home within the hour. I gave the other company a chance to take the job at the price quoted by Pleasanton Carpet Cleaners, and they refused. I think they really thought they would be able to force their price increase on me because they were physically at my house. I sent them packing. Within 1/2 hour, Frank and his crew from Pleasanton Carpet Cleaners arrived and did a fantastic job!

They picked up the rugs and dropped them off. Their pricing was very reasonable. The owner actually dropped off the rugs when they were finished. They were just very friendly and professional.

I called them because they were local, and I had a coupon. They showed up on time, were professional, and got the job done. The owner is really into good care for carpets. When they give you an estimate they live up to their quote. I've called them every time since even without a coupon.

The cleaner came on time and did a great job moving the furniture and getting the pet spots out of the carpet. Chairs look great too.

PLEASANTON CARPET WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY CALLED BACK AND SAID THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD GET THE PET ODOR AND STAINS OUT. THEY CAME OUT A FEW DAYS LATER AND THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT. THE PET ODOR IS GONE. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE NICE. THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS TO SENIOR CITIZENS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OUR CARPETS LOOKED BRAND NEW. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
