+ -1 moreReally, really professional work. After the prep work began, a lot of dry rot was discovered and we discussed options for dealing with its mitigation (new wood vs. patch) before proceeding. Super cleanup. Thorough prep. My house is subjected to alot of harsh weather and I felt the prep work will last awhile this time.
Description of Work: Pressure washed exterior scraped and patched stucco scraped and patched or replaced wood member where dry rot was found (including 2x6 member under eaves right side primered all surfaces two coats paint, two colors all exterior wood and stucco surfaces
