They have done a very good job with good care. They need to work on giving detail estimates of work items. I had an understanding that they will take care of few other minor items but their crews didn't work on them. They did complete the main paving project with full satisfaction though.

Very professional project proposal, design and references. Excellent value from a contractor that's well established in the local community. Project was completed and met all project milestones. On-site crew was very responsive to design changes, and applied best practices to improve on the prior concrete surface layout and design. I'm confident the resulting concrete driveway and walkways will serve us well for many years.

Wow! Best contractor experience ever! My project was complicated, and I'm so thankful that I selected NC Marble and Stone Pavers. We replaced 3200 square feet of concrete with pavers around our pool. There was re-grading, new steps, and a heavy jacuzzi that needed to be moved. To make matters worse we were remodeling the swimming pool at the same time with a different contractor, so there were scheduling challenges. I was working from home so I was always going out to check on things, point out minor corrections, and ask their english-speaking crew member lots of naive questions. I made mid-project changes and special requests. Some things were damaged during demolition and I asked for them to be fixed. None of this was any problem for Alex, the owner of NC Pavers, or Eric, his sales manager, and their hard-working crew. They aim to please their customer and were happy to oblige every request I made, even AFTER the final project was done and paid for. Furthermore, Alex and Eric were easy to reach. They answered their phones and texts every time I called. And even though it was a 50-mile drive for Alex, he made a site visit on most of the job days to make sure things were going smoothly. At one point in the project there was a major complication because the pool contractor mounted his coping at the wrong height so it didn't match the paver steps. When the pool guy refused to own his mistake, Alex made things right by offering to fix the pool coping at cost. I would say that NC Marble and Stone pavers is a top notch company in both quality and customer service. And their price was the most competitive as well! NC did a fantastic job. We get many compliments about the job NC performed. Eric helped guide us through the entire process from designing the layout to helping us pick the pavers and artificial turf. I felt well taken care of during the process. Once the materials were selected Alex and his team jumped right in to get the work done. Alex and Eric were very flexible as they progressed. I signed the contract with the sales person but the work was done and managed by the owner. I feel that the communication between sales and the owner was not as good as it could have been. Also, I would have liked to have met with the sales person and the owner on the day the work started to make sure we were all on the same page.

They used a very high grade concrete and the rebar was 16 inch off center as opposed to the standard 18 inch.

Highly recommend NC Marble & Stone Pavers. They did a beautiful job installing our new paver driveway as well as repair and replace our concrete sidewalk and approach ramp into our home. We had an excellent experience with NC Marble and Stone Pavers. The owner Alex came to our home for the initial consultation. He was thorough and so friendly and helped us to decide on a design for our yard based on our specific needs. Our backyard was on a hill so the whole yard sloped. We also had some drainage issues with water getting under the house, which he addressed with french drains and regrading. We were really thrilled with Alex and his team. They were always on time, often early, and worked incredibly hard all day. They answered all of our questions, made excellent recommendations to make everything look even better, and helped us to think through other parts of our project. Highly recommend them over and over.
