Judy helped us with choosing the color combinations by bringing color palette and samples to our home and spent an hour with us. David painted the exterior around Christmas, the color is uniform, and thorough job with no spots left. David explained the steps and asked us to move all furniture aware from windows for pressure washing. All the wooden siding panels were checked for mold and alignment by David, and the appearance of our new home looks perfect. The work was done in 3-4 days and I couldn't have asked for better quality painting work. All the tape and plastic coverings for windows were removed, nothing was left to clean by us. I am very happy to have chosen Legacy painting for their quality workmanship and budget-friendly with no hidden costs.

Being a Female homeowner I have NEVER had a contractor leave after a remodel etc without feeling taken advantage of and stressed during every aspect of the job. From the initial call till completion, Judy ( wife and office mgr), and David were honest, and instantly responsive. It was obvious this is a family owned business and their reputation was important to them. The quote was par with others but I chose them because of the outstanding reviews and David was a straight shooter and gave the best details during the quote. I had a start date months out and they kept trying to do it within weeks of the quote instead....pleasant surprise my house is now pretty for the Holidays instead of after. David, owner, came to power wash a wk ahead and he and the crew showed up even early both days. I was impressed the most by his crew which were all English speaking, polite and respectful of my property. My house has not been painted in 19 yrs and showed it. By the end of day 1 the fascia boards were sanded, house primed and body painted. Second day the trim and detail work was done. David is truely a pro and will find every detail needed and address any questions or concerns immediately. I even found some rotting wood on a post and he rebuilt it back to new for me. Each day and on completion the yard was cleaner than when they arrived. The very last thing he did was even paint the house numbers and the screw heads for them! Now that is detail work. I cannot gush enough about this company! Be ready to relax and have a great experience with a company you can trust! Thank you again David, Judy and crew ( sorry I forgot your names ). They were very conscientious. Came up with affordable solutions when needed. arrived when they said they would and left when they said they would. Did a great job.

They responded really fast to my request for service (some of the companies I sent messages to took over a week to reply). I liked the fact that the estimator who came out to see the job is the painter himself, so I could feel confident that he knew what he was talking about. They painted the house, freestanding garage and separate shed, and agreed to use 3 colors instead of 2. They cleaned up every day. In all, I was very happy with their work, and would recommend them to anyone.

Went very well. Legacy painters were communicating and were in constant touch from the time of the estimate to the time they showed up at my door for work. They clearly explained the nuances with various options. And all three days during the painting, they were very professional. Took time to review the work with us multiple times during the day. Did multiple coats on the trims and walls. Owner, David, is very meticulous and was always there during the work performed. He pays special attention and is very detail oriented. David was gracious to fix pigeon net for us without additional cost.

Legacy Painting Contractors gave us a whole new house! Well, not exactly, but it certainly looks like it! David and his crew (Bob, Eric, and Seven) just spent 3 days giving their full attention to my house and, as a result, it looks amazing!! My husband and I are first time home painters. We called three companies to give us a bid on painting the exterior of our house. Legacy Painting Contractors was the one company that wasn’t referred by anyone we knew, we just saw them listed in the Angie’s List catalog and liked the fact that they were a local company. I first contacted the company on a Friday. Judy at the office was extremely pleasant and I was surprised when she said David could come out the following Tuesday in the evening to give a quote. I appreciated he was willing to make an appointment in the evening so both my husband and I could be available during the quote, but Judy told me David does his quotes in the evenings because he’s busy painting with his crew during the day. This impressed me immediately. During the quote, David showed his obvious knowledge and experience of painting and was able to tell us a lot about our house in 30 minutes that we never knew the 11 years we've lived in it. Within a few days of that appointment, we received a quote via e-mail. All of the bids we received were very close in price. Legacy Painting stood out for a few reasons. During the quote, David informed us of the advantages of using Sherwin Williams’ longest lasting Duration paint; our other 2 quotes seemed more interested in using paint that would last only 5-7 years. Though David had obvious experience and gave some opinions in color combinations/placement of body, trim, and accent paint, he was more concerned with giving the customer their desired result. My husband and I also really liked the idea of supporting a local company, but the main reason we chose Legacy was because David is the owner and also one of the painters. David comes out to give you a quote. He hears your ideas and desires for how you want your home to look and your apprehensions about the whole process, and he will be right there with his crew painting your house and addressing all these issues personally. The only drawback was we had to wait a bit longer before the job could take place. Since it’s only David and his crew of three doing all of the company painting, you have to wait your turn. We figured this was well worth the wait of six weeks. Five weeks later, we received a call on a Thursday that they wanted to do the power washing the following Friday morning. Since we weren’t quite prepared at that time, we were able to push the power washing back to Monday. The crew was there at 7:30AM and done by 9:30AM. They were scheduled to return around noon the next day to begin prep work. As it turned out, they arrived at 7:00AM sharp for the following three days. David and his crew - Bob, Eric, and Seven - were all very pleasant, courteous, professional, and obvious craftsmen at their work. They were quick, efficient and respectful of our property. Every evening, the area around our house was cleaned up, with their supplies gathered neatly for the next day’s work. When they were done with the painting, they left our property exactly as they found it, only much, much better. Within 3 days, my husband and I were looking at a totally different, gorgeously painted house. We can’t thank Legacy Painting Contractors enough for such an excellent job well-done!

Legacy did a fantastic job painting the house. They surpassed my expectations with the quality of their work. They were less expensive than the other quotes I had gotten.They communicated with me during the entire process via emails and phone calls. They took pictures before and after and sent them . They set me color selections and actually ended up having to match a color for me. It's rare to find a company like this these days who will actually go the extra mile to make sure their customer is happy and Legacy did tha and more. I would highly recommend their services to anyone

David and his wife are wonderful. I can't say enough good things about working with them. They were both professional and friendly, answered all questions, arrived at the job site on time, cleaned before they left and were considerate of our neighbors. They also did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dave provided a very competitive bid that I felt delivered the best value versus the other painting contractors. I contacted Dave/Legacy Painting after seeing the results on a neighboring home on my street. Got my bid in a day or so and then Dave was able to squeeze in my job within the same week. Dave did not disappoint. They did a great job prepping the house which consisted of power washing, sealing the cracks in the stucco, replacing some fascia that was rotted and digging out about 2-3 inches around the base of the home. The following day Dave arrived promptly at about 7:30-8:00 am and completed most of the painting in one day. He came back again at 8 am on a second day and complete the second coat on some trim. The whole process was stress free, he clearly knows his craft and everything was done very much to my satisfaction. He was very responsive by both phone and text. He cleaned up everything, there were no paint drips or splatters on my pavers (driveway, walkway and patio) to found. To top it all off, Dave was a super nice guy to chat with. Before leaving he said " just because I am paid doesn't mean that I am finished. Let me know if you find anything that needs to be touched up". I was so happy with Dave/Legacy that I told him to leave his yard sign up for an extra week in my yard. Great Job, Great Value, Great Person! What more can you ask for? I highly recommend Dave/Legacy Painting.

House is single level 3br/2ba but the job also included painting my wood shed and the neighbors garage wall that faces my property. I asked David to upgrade paint from Sherwin Williams A-100 to Duration. This was a $500 upgrade. Painting the shed cost about $450. Without those updgrades/add-ons the quote was around $2,900. Day 1 - pressure wash, sanding Day 2 - caulking and spot priming and masking by Bob Day 3 - pressure spraying by Bob and David Day 4 - trim painting by Bob and David David and I did a walk-around inspection at the end of the job, and he gladly did some touch-up as per my request. I am a 30 year Quality Assurance professional, and a stickler for detail - David and Bob both answered my continual questions throughout the project. Originally I obtained 5 bids. David's bid was very competitive and I trusted him the most. I like working with owner/operators since you know who you are dealing with...and David was the clearest and most honest communicator among all the estimators I met with. Email communications are handled by Judy, and she was also very professional and quick to reply to my questions. I would happily hire Legacy again, although I fully expect my Duration paint job to last 20 years or longer.

Start date and completion date were specified and accurate. David of Legacy did a fabulous job painting the interior of my home. The job morphed over the days he was here, and he delivered a quality job, with a smile. There were 6 colors in my interior and it looks fabulous. Judy, the office contact, was prompt with communication. The price was competitive also. NOTE: Love to hire a local husband/wife team.

Painting the exterior of our home was an easy, pleasant and stress-free experience thanks to Legacy Painting. Dave provided a very reasonable bid for the work to be done, and then did not exceed the bid in the performance of the job. He arrived on time when promised and completed the work in a timely and very neat manner. Dave has a pleasant personality which makes him a very easy person with whom to work. During the course of the project he provided some very helpful suggestions that greatly improved the appearance of our home. He even went beyond the contract requirements to make sure that we were completely satisfied with his work. I couldn't be happier with the finished product.
