+ -1 moreThey used an outside contractor, and he was great. He was good on showing up on time. He did very professional work, and the cleanup was perfect. It took him about an hour to put everything up.

+ -1 moreInitially requested a haircut and highlights. The stylist suggested that I didn't need highlights, only a color touch up. Since I had never had that done before, I let her be the judge. The color she used actually covered up my highlights and came out looking somewhat unnatural to me. The cut was the length I requested and ok.
