Description of Work: We had an excellent experience with Elite. They seriously trimmed our 30 year old pin oak tree and relieved my el nino concerns by assuring us that the tree was healthy and could last another 120 years !!! Now bring on that rain !!!!!

Description of Work: I am so disappointed in the work done on my redwood trees. I asked that the dead wood be taken out only, but my trees are left with huge. gaping bare spots and half branches. The trees now look like they are dying. I know that some trees benefit from somewhat of a 'windowpane' look, but not redwoods. I have never seen redwood trees look like this and am heartbroken after nurturing these trees for 25 years.

Description of Work: Very large eucalyptus tree with possible root compromise. Beginning to show some stress and dead branches throughout. Matt Jenson who is a fully insured and certified arborist examined the tree and said we could save it. Performed a very professional job of cutting out the dead branches and trimming it back. It was a fully grown tree and a very big job. Safety was my main concern because the tree was is a high wind area and we were afraid dead branches would fall on surrounding homes. I am extremely satisfied with the job and felt confident in Mr. Jenson's judgement. the trees now shows signs of health and a lot of new growth. Services were prompt and very reasonable. The Jenson family is friendly and cordial (father and son), easy to work with. They thoroughly cleaned up the place and surrounding street after completing the work. I recommend them without reservation. You will be happy with their service! Description of Work: Removed a dying magnolia tree, leaving a stump close to the ground (did not have them grind it out), trimmed a tall pine tree, trimmed back a Sycamore tree, cut down two stumps closer to the ground and removed an Oleander plant leaving a stump (did not have them grind it out).

Description of Work: They reduced & trimmed 1 large birch tree, removed 1 medium birch tree, pruned 10 small, young trees, removed 1 small tree. They chipped away all cut branches and hauled it all away.

Description of Work: We have a tree along the driveway that provides privacy between our bedroom window and our neighbor's window. But the tree has been way beyond needing trimming, to the point where it was beginning to engulf the neighbor's house. Elite Tree Service cut the tree way back and reshaped it so that it would provide a barrier that would grow along the fence line instead of grow outward toward the houses on either side of it (as it had been). They also pruned and reshaped a tulip tree in the backyard that was blocking the sun from a portion of the lawn, and ground a bay tree stump that had begun regenerating shoots.

Description of Work: Prune and shape 2 plum trees. Cut back tree branches back from side of house. Also Cut 8 rafter tails showing signs of wood rot (We live on a hill and the rafter tails were about 30 feet off the ground. I couldn't find a handyman willing to take on the project). All materials except the rafter tails were chipped and hauled.
