Very well! I was able to choose and they did a custom coloring for me. We actually sought somewhere else, we liked the color but we liked the texture of they had so we were able to give them the features of our color and they were able to make it that way. They don't make the wood themselves, they bought it and sent the color and they actually did a couple of color samples for us. One came and it looked like it was too dark still and they sent another one. They were very accommodating and super nice. I actually had a flat tire and didn't know it and they noticed it and they helped me get the bicycle pump out and put in the air and so I had to go and get to have it repaired. It was an excellent experience. They came seven days straight, same time and they did full day and they cleaned up before they left. They kind of cleaned up and polished and they hang all the doors back, for some big pieces of furniture they either put carpeting under and removed them or they moved them out to the garage and afterwards they helped put everything back. There was a little confusion at one point with the thickness that we needed and we didn't notice it right away. That was probably the only challenge that we ran into and so he went back, talked to the suppliers and they were able to make it just a little bit thicker. There was a challenge that the height was not high enough so he came up with a couple of options and we were able to pick one of those. There was a little bit of an up charge for for that but it was reasonable. They were a little pricey but we got what we paid for, we got quality.

I received my quote via email. They quoted me above what I expected. They happened to be working in the neighborhood, so they were able to come the next day.

I cannot say enough good things about this project, from start to finish. From the sales people to the technicians to the office staff, everyone was professional, polite, punctual, and extremely competent. They obviously know the flooring business. They used state-of-the-art sanding equipment that minimized the dust in the house. They juggled their schedule to arrange to do our job while we were out of town for a week. When we returned, everything was sparkling and all furniture was back in place. I especially appreciated their one-stop-shop approach. They even moved out and then reinstalled the washer and dryer. Other companies would not do the work and would have required me to hire a third party to handle these appliances. The few touch-up spots we found were handled quickly with no fuss. Do not hesitate to call on them!

He's a nice guy and I have nothing bad to say about him. His price came in higher so we didn't use him.

Fabulous - kitchen size 28 x 14. Removed and hauled away existing hardwood flooring so they could "weave" in new hardwood. Sanded (very little dust), stained and applied 3 coats of polyurethane finish. No mess, no fuss. The floors are beautiful and match the existing floors in rest of the house.

The process took 4 days to complete and we had to be out of the house. They did a fantastic job! They covered all the furniture to minimize the dust and the floors came out beautiful. They even completed the final coat on a Saturday to get us back into the house a day early. The crew was very friendly and they cleaned up after each day. They were very accommodating in helping us select the stain color we wanted.
