Description of Work: Replacement of 10 windows. Scheduled first visit confirmed for Sept 7th at 2PM. Then received call to change to next day the 8th at 2PM. NO show on Thursday. Found out, by calling the Sales person directly, he had changed it again to Friday at 3. Without my prior permission or request. This company works in a vacuum. I called a manager today who said it was my fault because I was exaggerating the above. More or less being called a liar. If a companies internal meetings are more important than meeting with customers on date(s) they confirm I have to wonder about their ability to install windows without multiple issues. I used them years ago and was happy, but something is terribly wrong here. Sorry to see them descend into mediocrity or worse. I cancelled my appointment. Thank God. Who knows what would have happened if I had awarded them the contract. I feel I dodged a bullet with this one. Close call.

Description of Work: Outstanding work, even the building inspector was impressed. They arrived on time, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. This is the third time I have used this company and would so again.

Description of Work: Custom Exteriors installed all new Anlin windows and sliding doors in my home as well as replaced my existing siding with Hardie cement fiber siding. They also replaced an exterior door. They did excellent work and are also very nice people to work with.

Description of Work: Our paint was peeling on our house. We didn't want to paint again so we had Custom Exteriors do a color coat stucco on the house. There were cheaper ones on the market but they soaked in the water when it rained. We didn't want that type so we paid the extra money for the good stucco. They also do not sub-contract out to other people. They do all their own work. We are so happy with our decision the work was spectacular the people were personable, they cleaned up their mess. All in all a great job. We will be using them to trim our house as well.

Description of Work: Custom Exteriors retrofit 4 windows and 1 French door. Everyone I spoke with was professional and helpful. We chose Anlin windows and are very happy with them. Very nice product and we love them. Their installation went smoothly. Unfortunately the grid for the door didn't arrive with the door, then the wrong grid came, and finally 12 weeks after the door was installed the grid came. It wasn't a big deal for us (and we weren't expected to make final payment until it came), but for some people this could be a problem. Still very happy with the company, would use them again and would recommend them. Jeff was not at all pushy with the sale and helped me to get an affordable product that we love. To clarify- I graded 'B' on punctuality because of this item coming in late but all calls were returned promptly and all visits were prompt as well.

Description of Work: I replaced 12 windows with high end Milgard. These were retrofit so they took out the old windows and installed the new one without any damage to the exterior stucco or frame. The sales person, Rob was very knowledgeable and guided me to the right solution to my problem. I had two other companies bid but the follow up was much better from Custom Exteriors. There was not pressure, their quote which he did on the spot, was very clearly detailed so I knew what to ask with the other companies quoted. I had one price higher and one lower, but these guys seemed the most professional. I think the prices were fair. The installers showed up on time. they were very nice people (4) moved furniture, used drop cloths, worked non stop and installed all 12 windows in one day. They cleaned up when they were done.
