 + -1 moreVERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY PERFORMED THE WORK VERY QUICKLY AND WE WERE ABLE TO RECOVER ALMOST ALL OF THE DATA ON THE HARD DRIVE. WE COULD THEN MOVE THE DATA TO A NEW HARD DRIVE.
Description of Work: RECOVERED DATA FROM A BROKEN HARD DISK DRIVE. THE COMPUTER COULD NOT BE STARTED, AND THE HARD DRIVE WAS CORRUPT.

 + -1 moreCOMPUSA WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY HAD A GREAT DEAL OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER. THEY HAD IT FIXED VERY QUICKLY. THE STAFF IN THE COMPUTER DEPARTMENT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: COMPUSA WAS ABLE TO RUN A VIRUS SCAN ON MY COMPUTER AND FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY DOWN LOADED A PATCH.

 + -1 moreCHRIS FROM COMPUSA WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE SHOWED ME WHAT TO DO IN THE FUTURE IF I HAVE SIMPLE PROBLEMS. HE HAD THE COMPUTER DONE THE DAY HE SAID HE WOULD. THE COMPUTER RUNS GREAT.
Description of Work: I TOOK MY HARD DRIVE INTO COMPUSA AND THEY INSTALLED MORE MEMORY, AND CLEANED UP THE HARD DRIVE.
