I had hired certapro to exterior-paint my house. They did an excellent job in terms of quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction and responsiveness. They arrived on time and kept the premise clean during work. Their pricing is very good compared to the quality work they delivered. they delivered.

Certa Pro did an amazing job on my home. It looks like a brand new home and the trim just pops against the paint they used. It was a great experience working with a professional team that came in and knocked out the job in just a couple of days. I would definitely use this again and would high recommend Certa Pro.

Certapro did a great job. They were clean, professional and on time. The crew did an outstanding job of cleaning at the end of every day. They assisted us in picking the proper paint and the job was finished on time and on budget. Prep work and paint was outstanding. I would hire them again.

Certapro stripped the walls of wallpaper, primed and spackled walls. Painted all ceilings, trim, walls in reception area, back living room, library and living room and dining room. The dining room was an obstacle with 30 ft ceilings. Right from the beginning, I knew Certapro was going to be the right contractor for Eden Villa. I got 4 estimates from local painting contractors. Not only was Certapro the least expensive, they were the most responsive in getting back with a most detailed proposal vs. the shoddy estimates of other contractors. Robert Staub came several times for measurements and was very thorough is his follow-up calls. Unfortunately, due to a serious illness, Robert had to turn the job over to Tony and Ed. I was a little leary at first, but both Tony and Ed were excellent, always returning phone calls, making sure the time table was followed exactly to the day. They said 9 days for the job to be completed and they finished in 9 days. Since some of the residents at Eden Villa have dementia, Certapro painters were very accomodating, polite and courteous of the residents. They cleaned up every day and final clean up was terrific. The only complaint I had was the first day the primer they had put on the walls was oil based and had a terrible smell. The staff and residents were complaining of the smell as it was making them sick. I called Ed and he was on it the next day, bringing in fans to vent the smell and plastic to isolate the painting area. I would highly recommend Certapro to anyone or any business. C. Daly

Overall, I was pleased, but I had to clean up after the painters. They didn't put enough protection on the furniture and floors. Paint had dripped everywhere: inside the drapery rods, on the floors, the carpet, the bedspreads and the furniture. After rehanging my drapes, I couldn't pull the drapes closed until the paint was cleaned out of rod. Next time I would remove the rod or cover them. I was able to clean up most of it. I wasn't as pleased with the cutting in of the base boards and moldings as I thought I would be, but that is something that no one really notices except the home owner. All in all, I would use them again, but would know what to do to, or have them do, to circumvent the problems that occurred.

Everything went very well. The painters showed up on time, were professional, and nice to work with. The owner, Robert Staab, was very accommodating and was willing to work with my schedule. He always returned my calls prior to setting the dates for the project. He came by to review the finished work prior to payment. I would highly recommended this company!

We are very pleased. Bob Staab is the owner and was prompt and courteous. He did the estimate, was not slow and very thorough. We set a date to start and his team was on time each and every day. The team completed the front room the first day, which amazed me, it is very large. The house was left clean and usable each day. It was great to come home to see how things looked and always being pleased. We added a few things here and there and that didn't cause them any problems. They handled it right away and it cost very little. We look for Diamond Certified companies if we have work done on the house. CertaPro really lives up to the commercials you here. We will have them do all our work in the future.

Bob called us right away after minutes of request for an estimate of house exterior painting. He scheduled an appointment right away and arrived on time. He first told us about the company, presented all the required documents and hand us all the paint catalogs before doing all the measurements. In few minutes, he started working in his laptop, printed the job proposal and handed it out to us right away. This was really an A+ because we didn't have to wait for it to be emailed to us which some other contractors do. Anyhow, everything was clearly stated on the proposal and the quote was really competitive. Unfortunately, we can't give him our decision yet due to a friend's referral that we wanted to accomodate. Bob was really very patient with us, never missed to follow through and always responded to our questions. Overall, we were really pleased with Bob's professionalism and the very competitive quote he offered.

Very well; estimate was promptly scheduled and thorough. Painting services were scheduled promptly and completed on-time. Painters were friendly and polite; worked hard during their scheduled time and cleaned up at end of day. Felt very comfortable with them in my home. They were also flexible, e.g. painting rooms in order of my preference to make my day more convenient. The service also included color consultant at no extra charge which I found very very useful. I very much appreciated her guidance and selections.
