+ -1 moreCole does excellent work!! A great guy and means well! He is flexible! I am not sure what happened with my experience but I wish it would have worked out better. Cole replaced my panel and I waited over 10 months to receive the permit. He finally delivered it 10 months later after numerous unanswered calls, I understand people get busy but just unfortunate this happened. Granted it took some time but Cole made things right in the end. Upon receiving my permit I had asked Cole to complete some additional work which he promised to come out on a Saturday but yet again unanswered phone calls and text messages occurred again. Don't get me wrong Cole is an absolutely phenomenal electrician with extraordinary knowledge but the lack of communication and follow up is what was disappointing.

+ -1 moreI have dealt with Bene' Electric ever since I moved to Livermore and have had Cole Bene' inspect the previous electricians' work. Cole has installed lights on the inside and outside of my house and so I called him to install an overhead light, switch and plug in my attic to make insulation and storage easier. He came to my house within the two hour period promised and let me know when he was on his way. After the work was done, he ran thru the installation process and showed me, in detail, the work performed. There is nothing more satisfying then having a journeyman electrician perform the necessary work on your house. This is the ultimate peace of mind.
Description of Work: An electrical outlet, switch and overhead light were installed in my attic, which required new wiring and a separate circuit breaker in my box.
