 + -1 moreThe general soil analysis and report met expectations. The issue we had was when we needed to call Peters & Ross out to verify the drilled piers met their recommendations per the report for our inspection. Not only did they charge $500 for a templated letter + 15 minutes of an intern's time to measure the piers, but they then had the audacity to charge an additional $500+ for time spent reviewing our architecture plans. Under NO circumstances was there anything that warranted them needing to study our plans as the piers met the specifications they required, exactly. This business is dishonest and money hungry. There are plenty of other soil architects in the area, I would recommend doing your research on additional fees and picking another company. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We worked with 20+ different vendors during our renovation and this is our only negative review.
