+ -1 moreMARY GEORGE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND PATIENT. SHE MADE THE SYSTEM CONFIGURATION CHANGES AND THEN WALKED ME THROUGH SOME OF THE SCREENS THAT WERE FAIRLY USER FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: HAD TROUBLE SETTING UP OUR PC AFTER UPLOADING WINDOWS XP. MANY OF THE APPLICATIONS DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY, SUCH AS OUTLOOK. IN ADDITION, INTERNET ACCESS WAS CHANGED. WE NEEDED HELP TO RECONFIGURE OUR PC.
