+ -1 moreThey got my computer to work. It took several trips to get the bugs out but they didn't charge me extra. I don't fault them for it; it's a tricky business. Everything was satisfactory and their prices were competitive. They've been in business for at least ten years. Scheduling is a little inconvenient just because they're a locally-run business. You have to leave your computer there three or four days to a week at a time. Techies aren't often warm and friendly people, but the workers were a little less than friendly. Nothing wrong with it, but you're dealing with a technician. If you're like me, you won't understand anything they say anyway.
Description of Work: Computer Renaissance repaired my Apple iMac. I needed an upgrade on software and a new computer system. I lost my main password and they fixed it.
