Description of Work: Everyone else wanted to sell me a new furnace. Jarrod gave me that option, but also said he could just replace the motor. Furnace has worked great since. He showed up when he said he was going to and performed the work neatly and efficiently.

 + -1 moreThey came right out and fixed it, then later in the year it had the same problem. I called them back and they never returned my call. There was a nice young man that came out the first time and he said there was no leak, but apparently there was.
Description of Work: He fixed our air conditioner as it needed to be charged with freon.

 + -1 moreDuring a recent heatwave one of my existing cooling units ceased working. Of all the contractors I called (over 20) Jerrod was one of the few to return my call. He arranged an after-hours service call almost immediately and showed up on-time. He gave me a very honest assessment of the alternatives; repair or replace? Ultimately I decided to replace both of my aging cooling units and Jerrod was able to give me what I considered a very reasonable price. The units were installed quickly and efficiently with no disruption. I will continue to use Jerrod for any A/C or heating issues I have in the future.
Description of Work: Installation of two new (replacement) cooling units (a 4-ton and a 3-ton unit).

 + -1 moreTHIS IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS THAT IS REALLY VERY GOOD. THE PERSON WHO WORKED IN MY HOUSE IS THE OWNER AND TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK. HE WAS VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY HOUSE AND TIME. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
Description of Work: WE HAVE A TWO STORY HOUSE THAT HAD SINGLE ZONE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING. WE HAD THE COMPANY INSTALL A TWO ZONE SYSTEM.
