+ 1 moreInitially pleasant to work with, spent 6 hours cleaning/polishing and supposedly touching up the grout. The grout was the biggest concern since we wanted to avoid water damage. It appears he only did cleaning and polishing. The grout is clean, but there were only a few places where new grout material was lightly applied. I had to ask multiple times to get the sinks caulked, but he was very tight with the materials and generally wanted to leave it not completed. I retained a portion of the payment with the agreement that he would come back with the matched grout and finish. We've not heard from him again. I'd rather he didn't come back because the grout and caulking was clearly not a strength.
Description of Work: Cleaning & polishing of granite counter tops, marble floors; clean and patch grout. Check for loose tiles.
