Good. Should up on time, did the job and left in about three hours. Got what we paid for.

I called to set up an estimate on a Friday which was scheduled for the following Monday. I was considering both attic and wall insulation. Mark arrived Monday on time and confirmed with texts as follow ups. He quickly determined that I already had some insulation inside my walls and evaluated my attic space. He said there wasn't much and was likely the original insulation from when the house was built in the 1960s. The estimate came in at just over $1000 which was quite reasonable based upon similar quotes I had read online for similar sized houses as mine. It would also bring the insulation level to the recommended level by PG&E, just above code. When he looked at his team's schedule they had an opening the next day in the morning which worked out quite well for me. The team of 3 arrived on time and the job was completed with an hour to go of the allotted time. I was told that I should easily notice a difference as what was there was not much and the results would seem to be "night and day" compared to what I was used to. True to this claim yesterday (first day of summer 2018) was the first real test of heat with Concord peaking at about 105̊but inside was a good 20̊cooler than outside keeping the inside of my house much more comfortable than previous to my insulation upgrade. I was waiting for such a result before posting this review. I highly recommend All Seasons! Thanks guys!

Thursday, three men showed up at 8:45 am and helped me remove pictures and furniture away from the walls. They put down tarps to cover everything up and proceeded to punch 1 inch holes on the top and bottom every 16 inches for the insulation. The bathroom has tile so they punched holes from the other room for the bathroom because they cannot punch holes in the tile itself. They have a big truck with 150 foot hose to pump the cellouse insulation. The process took about 30 seconds per hole and they had to punch about 80 holes. They put in 1 inch cork into every hole so after they filled the hole, they knocked the cork into the hole and they patched it so they made sure every hole was filled before the drywall patch took place. It was a smooth patch so we added some spray texture a few days later before we painted because our walls are textured. They were done for the day at 2:30pm. On Friday, two men showed up (they only needed 2 for the exterior walls because there is no items to remove) at 8:45 am to put in the insulation for the exterior walls They had this big 1 inch drill bit about 2 feet long and proceeded to drill a hole on the top and bottom every 16 inches. They used the same long hose and proceeded to pump in the insulation taking about 30 seconds per hole. Afterwards, they used a gray stucco patch for each hole and then sprayed white primer so it was ready to paint. I few weeks later, I decided to repaint the entire house in a darker gray to cover up the primer white marks so there was no evidence that any insulation was installed. Now the house has fresh paint inside and out. I received another quote for the same cellouse material and the estimate was 30% higher than ALL SEASONS INSULATION CO. I gave them a check when they were finished. There is less noise from the traffic and we can have the TV louder without the person in the other room being able to here it. We have not noticed a reduction in the temperature since the insulation has been installed.

Arriving with a seasoned crew, quick set up of tools and materials included covering the floors with drop clothes where they would be walking within the house to access the attic. They all were friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions. Completing the work necessary and with a thorough clean up, the exchange concluded with a recap of what was purchased and installed. One of the best improvements we made to our home and wishing we had done it sooner.

They did a great job, no problems, and the price was right. I would recommend them and use them again.

I thought it was a little high so I can't give it much consideration, but I am still holding on to it to use it as a comparison when I get the next quote. They were very nice. I believe his name was Mark and he was a very knowledgeable person. He knows everything, very courteous, very polite, and very high social skills. He was prompt. He said he would email the quote on a specific day and I got the quote by email that day. He was very professional. They were good. I am very happy with them.

After making an appointment, Mark Gianino came by to give me an estimate. He was professional and personable, inspected the attic, took measurements and gave me a quote, which was reasonable when compared with competing bids. Just for comparison, the highest bid was from a highly reviewed company on Diamond Certified, who showed up with no ladder or tape measure, looked at the house and gave me a bid about $800 higher then All Seasons. On the day of installation Alberto, Joe, and Tony showed up on time and ready to work. They moved a washing machine and dryer to get better access to the attic and covered them before work began. They also helped me put my car cover on my car inside the garage. Alberto, Joe and Tony were professional, friendly and most importantly, hard workers. They work well as a team and I never felt that I had to constantly keep an eye on them. They did an excellent job.

I got an estimate from three providers, all of whom were competent, professional and knew their stuff. I selected All Seasons over McHale and Bay Valley Insulation, but there were no red flags from either of the three. After Mark's estimate scheduling was easy. They estimated the work to take begin at 9am and complete about 2pm. Joel and Tony arrived promptly on time . Everything went smoothly. They removed some curious items the prior homeowner had left in the attic eaves (carpet padding, pieces of wood, etc.). There was attention to detail and my house was kept clean with tarps and meticulous clean-up. The garage is ready for me to put up drywall. They left some extra material; just in case. At 2:08pm Tony and Joel packed up the truck and left. Everything was completed and I am very happy. There was no attempt to sell any other products and services. All Seasons was a great company to have do this work and I will be calling them again for any future insulation projects.

The estimator was prompt and informative. The work was completed professionally, on time, and cleanup was complete. My home is now cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

From the estimate to the work and clean up afterwards, everything went great. They were on right time, professional, swept up in my garage afterwards (which needed sweeping BEFORE they came) and were very quick. I would highly recommend them to others and use them again myself (if needed).

I made the appointment for Friday 6/21/13 between 8:30 and 9:00 am. They arrived promptly at 8:30am and were done by 10:00 am. The house averaged 85 degrees in San Leandro inside before the insulation was installed ( I am doing work on the house before I move it and it was really hot. Now the average temperature is 72 degrees without any fans circulating the air and I can work longer since the house is cooler. I have not received a PG&E bill yet because I have not moved in yet. The house is 1115 square feet and they quoted me a price about $.90 per square foot and they baffled the vents, recessed lights so the cellulose material would not get into those areas. Other companies had quoted me $1.15 to $1.25 per square foot. They quoted me $1250 to do the walls, patching which I would do in a few months. All Season's is licensed and bonded even though Angie's list says they are not. I checked their contractor's license and it's up to date and there are no complaints filed. I would use them again when I am ready to install insulation in the walls.

The gentleman that came out to do the estimate was very informative about the product, cost and time it would take to complete. The crew arrived a few minutes early they were polite, professional and went right to work. They covered furniture that might be affected. They worked quickly and quietly finishing the job in less than 2 hours (I was told it would take 2-2 1/2 hours), they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. I'm a happy and satisfied customer!

Very informative on what was needed for preventive care and in going over estimate. Work was done very efficiently. Staff very informative and polite.

Good work arrived on time and had the job done is less that a half day. We also had windows replaced in October so between the insulation and windows we really saved on our PG&E bill.

The estimator crawled under the entire house to inspect the work to be done. He estimated 2 days for the job. The crew arrived and worked until 2PM the first day. They said the job was harder than they expected (because of tight spaces under the house and heater ducting that made it difficult to move around under the house) and would need to come back a second day. They came back a second day but is was about a week later than the first day. It seems the estimator and the crew did not communicate very well with each other (the estimator estimated 2 days up front but the crew seemed to think it was a one day job). This lack of communication between the estimator and the crew was not a big deal and I would still recommend this contractor.

Got 2 bids and All Seasons was lower and the estimator, Mark (same name as owner), was very pleasant and informative. They came and installed the additional insulation in the attic last week. They arrived at exactly the time they said they would and finished the job fairly quickly. They were efficient and professional. Wish we had done it a couple months ago; maybe it would have saved us some money on the nat gas bill when it was colder. I'm anxiously awaiting the next PG&E bill to see if it made any significant difference in the nat gas usage. Of course, I'll need to compare the usage on days w/similar avg temps.

Estimating when work was performed -- I think mid-year 2009. Found All-Seasons to be the most no-nonsense of three contractors I interviewed. They seemed cost-effective and fairly priced.

All Seasons Insulation was the second company I called to get an estimate for insulation for my entire house. The first company seemed rather expensive and All Seasons did work for my neighbor a couple of years ago. When All Seasons arrived the first thing their estimator did was knock on my wall and look at the outside of my house. He then told me I already had insulation in the house and some insulation in the attic. The first company did not check anything nor did they measure correctly. If I had gone with the first company I would have had them re-insulate my house.....I do hope that when they actually discovered the insulation they would not have redone it but I can't be sure. The estimator from All Seasons spent some time with me explaining how he knew I had insulation in my walls. He also explained to me why he knew the first company told me incorrectly about the small amount of insulation in my attic. Their price was great; even if I had my full house done (which my first estimate was for) it still would have been less than my original estimate. They scheduled the job within the next week, arrived on time, finished the job quickly and left me the paperwork for the pge rebate (which was received 2 weeks later). The three people that I met were friendly, honest and conscientious. I would not hesitate to refer them to family or friends or even use them again if I were to get another house that needed insulation.
