Accurate Home Remodeling

I recently hired Accurate Home Remodeling to transform my closet into a walk-in library, and the results exceeded my expectations. Miles took my inspiration images and expertly designed a custom built-in bookcase that maximizes every inch of the compact space. His innovative design choice to replace a solid partition with floating shelves on the right side was brilliant - it makes the space feel more open and puts the books front and center when you walk in. The installation process was remarkably efficient. Pedro and Gustavo completed the entire project in just two days, including installation, patching, painting, and cleanup. Gustavo's craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional - the built-in bookcase looks like it was always meant to be there. He even went above and beyond by giving the entire closet a fresh coat of paint. Throughout the project, the tea was incredibly responsive, professional, and transparent. I'd definitely work with them again!

TLDR: Accurate Home Remodeling is a responsive, customer focused team. Their work is high quality whilst remaining at an accessible cost. Miles will listen to you, have some great suggestions, communicate with you at all stages of work and finish your project completely in a timely manner. Fast, responsive communication. Clean, accurate work. Works proactively with your city around permitting issues. DETAILS: We had a whole house remodel and also exterior back garden (yard) remodel. We had two teams on site most days (landscapers and interior remodel). Our project work time was about 3 months, with a couple of additional weeks due to delays caused by heavy rain (exterior work) and finding termites when we lifted our floors. The team took this in their stride and worked with us to keep on track. Overall our home has been transformed and weâ ve now been living here for almost 4 months and have no problems to report. Everyone who has visited thinks itâ s lovely, and so do we! Miles is the general contractor/owner and he moves a million miles an hour if you let him. This was great for us as we were keen to complete our work quickly. He uses an app to communicate so everything is documented, easy to track and he is on there all day every day, so any questions get answered straight away. He is also pro-active and pretty much on site every day to check in with his crews. He is exacting in his standards which ensures a great end result. We had a bit of project creep which was down to us. Originally we were only going to remodel one bathroom but added on our principal bath too, which was a great call, if you see the photos or videos youâ ll see the house looks complete now. HOUSE: We had a new roof, new floors, new windows, added skylights and a bay window, reconfigured the kitchen totally (which was Milesâ vision and we love it now - much more functional than before the remodel). Both bathrooms remodeled, whilst managing to keep our original bathtub. All the work is to a high standard especially the tiling in the bathrooms which looks amazing. GARDEN: Replacement of failing retaining walls (enormous project), addition of decking, stucco clad planting beds, two pergolas, and a recirculating â streamâ . Also new irrigation piping added. The team would have planted for me too, but I wanted to do that myself. This work was to a high standard. It really looks amazing. EXTRAS: We had a Modern Shed added to the backyard but that contractor let us down badly so Miles and his team worked a weekend and some extra days to finish the interior (drywall, electrical) and paint it for us. Over and above, and much appreciated. SUMMARY: We would use Accurate Home Remodeling again, and have been happy to recommend their work to a neighbor. I think this is the true test of workmanship - would you do further projects together? The answer in this case is yes. Thanks to Miles and our inside and outside crews for all their hard work.

We worked with Miles (AHR) to complete a master bathroom remodel. Our first tile contractor had to be fired due to shoddy workmanship and not showing up when promised. Miles took over to complete the project and rescue us from such an overwhelmingly bad experience. We worked with Miles thru the telegram app which kept all conversations, estimates and pictures of the progress in one location which made it convenient to track everything. Working with Accurate Home Remodeling was a wonderful experience. We live in Livermore and were looking to remodel our living room and replace our fireplace. Miles and I connected via Telegram initially and were able to work through an entire design online. The 3D renderers he used really helped as I could visualize the design from multiple different views and still get the sense of depth and scale through 3D. Miles was amazingly responsive throughout the whole experience. Miles, Luis and the team were awesome to work with. The team would show up when scheduled and if I had any questions they would stop and take the time to answer my question or concern. I have been involved with many home renovation projects over the years on multiple houses and I have to say this is one of my best experiences to date. Accurate did complete remodel of my kitchen, adjacent bathroom and installed new flooring for the entire 1st floor as well. I initially obtained quotes from three companies. Accurate may have been lowest bidder but provided excellent service beginning to end, from project manager Miles organizing and guiding me thru the whole process to the excellent work provided by Luis and crew for everything from asbestos abatement to plumbing, electrical and appliance & cabinetry installation to kitchen painting. They even installed a LED lighted glass baluster between my dining and sunken living room at my request. The only major delay was not their fault - my counter slab supplier was several weeks late. BTW the Telegram app Miles uses is an excellent way to communicate including transmitting photos and document. Miles is very responsive. I am very pleased with the results!

We recently finished a total remodel of our home in Martinez, working with Accurate Home Remodeling. We went through the bidding/estimate process with a handful of local contractors and found AHR to be the most responsive and fairly priced. Miles at AHR was very responsive and uses an app on the phone that makes communication, documentation, photos easily accessible and in one location. Believe meâ ¦this was super helpful to be able to refer back to discussions, ideas, prices, materials, etc. as the project went along. Our project was on budget and on schedule, aside from the additional and change orders that we presented Miles with during construction. Overall I would recommend AHR if you in the market for any type of home remodel/renovation project.

We remodeled two bathrooms, replaced our kitchen/hallway flooring, our entry door, and an interior door. This was our second time working with Miles, and Luis the contractor. Five years ago, they helped us remodel our kitchen. Without meeting face-to-face, communication with Miles via the Telegram app was both convenient and fast. Text, photos, renders and documents can be shared quickly, privately and securely. We also called each other when necessary. My wife and I ask a lot of questions. Miles and Luis were patient and professional. All questions and concerns were addressed to our complete satisfaction.

Needed to do a full kitchen & bath remodel for a rental property before selling. Selected Accurate Home Remodeling because Miles was a very good communicator and really listened to what I wanted to do, and had great ideas to support my vision. Had several contractors bid on the job, but AHR was the only one that provided a very detailed quote with specific line items...the pricing was very transparent. Before starting, I received a 3D rendering of the design, so I knew exactly what to expect...and Miles was very patient even after I asked for changes like 5x. He was very good about letting me know in advance when decisions needed to be made and gave me a lot of advance notice, so I never felt rushed to pick-out fixtures or appliances. I wasnâ t living there during the remodel, but the neighbors said that the crew was very nice, professional, and cleaned-up every night before leaving. The remodel turned-out so nice that I decided to move back in during COVID, rather than sell right away. Very happy and would highly recommend

We hired Miles and his team for a major renovation that included removing a load bearing wall, full renovation of the kitchen and two bathrooms, along with some other small tasks (e.g., replacing furnace system). We are very happy with the end result, and glad we chose Miles for the project. From demo day to final inspection the project took about 3-4 months, most of which the crew was working in the house. Throughout the entire project, Miles was available and the communication with him was fairly easy through a designated app. The crew made sure everything that is not remodeled is kept clean and undamaged. We will definitely use Accurate Home Remodeling in the future if we chose to further remodel.

Miles and his team did an amazing job on our partial kitchen remodel. We have referred him to family and friends. His carpenter is so talented and his entire team is awesome. Miles has exceptional communication skills and he is incredibly consistent and reliable. In late 2019 we started taking bids for a complete kitchen remodel job which involved re-routing of plumbing lines from under a post-tension concrete slab. After seeing other contractors who were not convincing that they could handle the job, we met Miles Sanders the owner of Accurate Home Remodeling. We were immediately impressed with Miles' energy and enthusiasm when we was talking measurements. We were also very happy with Miles' upfront communication and felt that there would not be any surprise costs after the project started. After signing the contract, Miles sent us initial 3D renderings of our new kitchen within a few hours and after a few back-and-forth discussions we had finalized our design! Work began late December and finished 2nd week of February 2020. The crew that works for Miles is also courteous, top notch and highly skilled. We were very impressed with how nicely the crew finished the job . Everything they touched has a high quality look. In addition to the Kitchen we also had a few other jobs including conversion of a room into a bedroom, adding a barn door from a bedroom into a bathroom and installing a 75inch TV and Sound-bar in our Living Room. Miles' team was on top of all these jobs. I highly recommend them and will surely contact them for any other home improvement project.

Miles and his crews were very professional. They sealed the work area and protected the rest of the house from the dust. They worked very efficiently and after the COVID-19 shelter in place was lifted for constructions, they quickly returned and finished up. We re very happy with the work that was done.

I worked with Miles directly through the entire remodel process. Miles always responded back to me in a timely manner via phone and/or a special app he uses for remodel projects - which is important to reference because it was very helpful to refer to past conversations and pictures of various purchases or issues in question for the project. For the amount of work done, it would have taken me over a year (at least) if I had used various contractors or hired people on a project by project basis considering I work full time. Instead, the entire project was completed within 18 weeks - an entire house gut, including raising the ceiling in the kitchen and both bathrooms and new patio doors and windows throughout. It was a pleasure working with him and will do so again in the future.
