Description of Work: Dean and his son were awesome to work with. We just bought our house and needed the gutters cleaned. Dean walked me through his entire process and I felt he would do a thorough job. The price was also right for us and he was very fast to provide his service. They took video of our roof to highlight additional items we should consider (power washing the moss) which we plan to do. He also took care of a loose board near the gutter at no extra charts. I would highly recommend his services

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful! After discussing the process on the phone with Dean I decided to go ahead. Justin was the man who did the job, a what a job he did!! He was on time, went up to the roof a took a video of the gutters "before" so I could see them. He then cleaned the gutters out the power washed them and the windows! He cut a branch from a neighbors tree which was rubbing on one gutter and making a hideous noise (nails on a chalkboard). After all this he came back to show me the after. I was very impressed with their service - so was my neighbor who hired them to do his gutters too! I should note that I have a 2-story home on an incline. I'm very satisfied with the work they did and will play to use them again next year!

+ -1 moreEric did a great job, working in the rain, getting all of my gutters, on both stories, running free. He pressure washed the gutters, cleaned off the entire roof and all the debris around the house which came out from the gutters. I was impressed by Eric's conscientious and hardworking manner. He was very neat, pleasant and professional. I definitely will use this company again.
Description of Work: Called Dean on Saturday evening because my second story gutter was stopped up and water had been overflowing from it forming a lake at the base of, the house. Dean sent his man Eric out on Sunday morning to clean out my gutters.

Description of Work: Dean was very prompt in returning phone calls and making an appointment. He really listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. Eric came promptly, worked carefully, and also listened to my concerns and explained exactly what he was doing and why. He worked on my house as if it were his own. + -1 moreDean and his son were great. They were responsive when we first called them before the holidays and followed up with us to get us on the schedule after the new year (when we were available). They were on time and spent over three and a half to four hours cleaning our gutters. They were very accommodating. They did a great job of cleaning up after the messy job to make sure our yard wasn't left a big mess. I'd highly recommend them if you need your gutters cleaned. They even offered to take down our Christmas lights in the process since they had their ladder out. Of course we said yes. They laid each strand out neatly and separately so we could easily put them away. We will definitely use them next year.
Description of Work: They cleaned our gutters and got all tree droppings, branches, leaves, etc. off of our roof.

Description of Work: called on 12/13 to get a gutter cleaning scheduled-- was told he is driving and asked me to call again and leave info on voicemail; decided to call early morning 12/14-- got a call back within 20-30 minutes, said that he will check his schedule when he gets in his office and will call me back around 10 am---- its 12/15 and still no call back. very unprofessional.

Description of Work: The gutters on the front and backside of my home leak badly. I called AA Gutter Cleaning to see if they could help me fix the problem. Dean, the owner, came out the next day (Friday) after I called, to assess the leakage. He told me my gutters leaked due to a botched fix and bad workmanship. He told me he could not repair what was already messed up, but he could fix my gutters as they were so I could get through the rainy season. They did just that. Dean and his wonderful crew came out on Saturday afternoon and within just about 1 hour, they were done. Dean had purchased some additional materials for my gutters that they installed and as it is pouring right now, work great! With the work and fix of my gutters by AA Rain Gutter Cleaning, I will be able to get through to Mid-December when I am having all my gutters replaced.

They are always professional and have an excellent work ethic and attitude. The owner is courteous and always gets back to me in a timely manner. They even pointed out some wood rot on our awnings that needed to be repaired. Their proactive approached saved us money in the long run. We highly recommend their services.
