+ -1 moreExceptional service! Jim H. (owner) is professional, knowledgeable, a great communicator and honest. He went above and beyond with customer service to complete the installation and address any questions or concerns. He made 2 visits onsite himself to coordinate the install with my roofer. The pricing is competitive with other companies. There is no up-selling of unneeded services or pressure to sign on to expensive maintenance contracts. I wish all contractors were like Alpha Air. Jim and his entire team were a pleasure to work with. The install technician, Julio, was knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. I highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: Install new wall furnace in ADU and one Mitsubishi Ductless Air conditioning/heating system in main home.
