Description of Work: John was out here to fix a few leaky pipes and some uncooperative drains. He is working to help us find someone to install automatic shut off valves for gas meters (we are in earthquake country). I'm in a 5 unit townhouse\condo and now all of us use him. | |He is the best; informative, has our interests at heart, loves what he does and not about excessive or unnecessary fees.

I've used him for several years now, and in every situation he was above and beyond professional. I have passed his name on to several friends, and they all rave about him. Unlike the big-name plumbing companies, John will charge you only for the work he does. He's honest, excellent at what he does, and very fair in his pricing. I cannot recommend him highly enough. There was a situation at my home where a big-company plumber told me I needed to completely re-do the plumbing under my house, saying it had not been done properly before. Thank God I found John, and he made two very minor corrections, and the plumbing passed inspection perfectly. What could have been $4000 (not kidding) was repaired and approved for $150 worth of work. He could have taken advantage of me in this situation, as I told him of the other plumbers report, but his honesty and integrity shined through. He is a rare, top quality plumber and person. Description of Work: I have used Easy-O plumbing for 2 apartment buildings I manage, my mother's house in Brentwood and my personal home in Santa Monica for the last 10+ years. I have been extremely happy with the work. Easy-O is honest, fair priced, and has solved a wide variety of problems (small to large) that have come up including copper re-piping of an entire building, replacing toilet innards, leaky faucets, clogged drains, hot water tank replacements and repair/replacement of wall heaters and thermostats. Description of Work: He came out to clean/ unclog my sink. While he was at my home I asked him to look at my water heater. For not extra charge he found the problem and gave me the part number since it was still under warranty. He did not have all the materials in his truck to fix my water that I mentioned to him while he was at my home. He even picked up the part for me on his way back to my home the next day.
