Larry went out of his way to make sure we got the porch we wanted. It took an extra effort to find the right materials, and we appreciate his help. Project completed on time and with in budget.

Our deck was built in a week. Larry came by each day to check on his men's work. The men were here early in the morning and worked through the day. Larry was easy to work with and wanted to make sure the job was done righ and that we were pleasedt. We had a couple other estimates and his was the best. I'd definitely recommend Thornhill Construction.

Words cannot adequately describe the manner of customer service i received from Mr Thornhill in building out my bridal store space Not only didnt he ask for any dwon payment but was by far the most cmpetitive in quoting for the job, Though he had detailed to do the Job in 5 days he did it in 3 and Oh did i mention that he threw in an extra wall at no cost to me, He practically worked day and night to get the job done , He also carpeted the area in the same time frame and gave excellent payment terms . I'd never built a house before, never even had anything remodeled. Larry provided superior service, advice, knowledge of codes and procedures, all delivered with candor and integrity.

Larry is a great person to work with. He is really good at presenting ideas and helping you decide on what is mostly beneficial. He and his helper did an excellent job with tiling my hallway bathroom and installing a toilet. They are very clean and thorough and they make sure you are satisfied with the overall job done.

Larry Thornhill submitted his bid on 6 April 2011>He was a complete gentleman and explained in detail how and what he would do. He answered all my questions and after reviewing my other contractors information ,I informed Mr Thornhill that he had the job. The job was demolishing the old deck and building a new one using Composite material.The job was started on Monday morning and completed on Wednesday of the same week.The workmanship was excellent and completed much quicker than I anticipated.Larry even added some finishing touches that made the finished deck look something to die for.I highly recommend his company with a 5 star rating.

We needed to remove a load-bearing wall from our house which separated the living room from family room, thereby making the house a large, open space. Larry not only inspired confidence in us immediately, his suggestions and vision enhanced the overall appearance of the remodel (and our satisfaction!). Not only was his price estimate exact, his crew had completed the entire renovation (including all inspections) within 2 weeks of taking the job. We were both simply amazed by the quality, speed, and personal attention we were given by Thornhill Construction (Larry), and would recommend them to anyone considering a remodel! Thanks again!!

Unfortunately, I cannot give Thornhill Construction a very good rating. Below are the list of issues we encountered: 1. The shower frame which they installed was the incorrect size. It was supposed to be 30 inches wide. They built it to the same dimension as before. 2. The exhaust fan light switch was supposed to be in the bathroom. They put it outside the bathroom. 3. They used aerosol cans of wall texture which bubbled when painted. 4. The toilet leaked (which I had to fix). 5. The shower head leaks from behind (which I have to fix). There were other issues. In my opinion, their attention to detail was lacking.

Thornton Construction did a fantastic job, they did a good quality job, on time without any cost overruns. They were kind and courteous and on time and I'm very happy with the outcome.

My new deck is sturdy, well made and good looking. It adds a whole new outdoor room to our house. The carpenters were all very capable and the work was done in a timely manner at an affordable cost. I will call Thornhill Construction again when I need work done on my home.

I really liked the way Larry presented ideas to me on other ways to do the bathroom. His idea to tile the shower so it could be made larger was a great improvement and well as to do a banjo style granite counter top. He offered to do the work while I was away on vacation so there would be less interuption to me. This was going to be a great idea however I was not there to keep up with the cleaning in the house as the workers went in and out. I came back to a very dusty bedroom from the tile being cut inside and nothing put over the furniture. Some touch up cleaning in the bathroom had to be done at my request. Overall happy with the job

Larry was very friendly and professional and his bid was reasonable. He and all the people who worked for him on my project were skilled and worked quickly to complete the job on time. He or one of his workers always notified me when they would be there and always arrived within a reasonable time frame. The work was done quickly and professionally exactly to our requests and taste. Suggestions were made before and during the construction process to help us decide how we wanted things done. A change we wanted to add at the end of the project was handled to our liking with a reasonable charge. We are very happy with the final product.

Larry Thornhill did an outstanding job of coordinating our bathroom remodel. He was actiively involved in the project all along the way. He completed the entire project on time and within budget. We chose Larry based on his past experience and the ideas he suggested at the beginning. We had a basic idea of what we wanted to do but he helped us consider options and was able to deliver all along the way. His crew was thoughtful, neat, and made sure the disruption to the entire house was minimal. Larry Thornhill is truly one of the great contractors in our area. He responded promptly & was always in contact Brings a lot of professionalism & creativity to a project. We really couldn't envision our garage conversion, except to turn it into a giant room. When he arrived for the initial estimate, he immediately started providing creative ideas for the main room & storage. His crew worked hard & quick. His pricing was very competitive & reasonable for our budget. He found ways to save on the project without comproming quality. He was very flexible as we made changes during construction. I give him my highest recommendation.

Larry Thornhill just completed this project today. I would HIGHLY recommend him. He did an absolutely fantastic job and was tenacious about getting the necessary permits and inspections. When the permits required additional costs, he never passed them onto us. He started the job when he said he was going to start, he was there when he said he would be, he had an excellent helper, and completed the task per schedule. The quality of workmanship was superior.
