My house in Folsom was completely flooded Dec 2014 when a city drain overflowed and knocked my fence down. Every room had 1-2" water. All floors, partial walls, both bathrooms, kitchen, living room and porch had to be remodeled or completely redone, including repainted and new appliances installed (and gorgeous granite counter tops for the kitchen and bathrooms, and stunning tile for the bathrooms). Larry and his crew did an awesome job and within budget and fast. Larry goes the extra mile to take care of things. I give him the highest recommendation.

The entire crew was polite, effecient, and skilled. I was delighted that they showed up on time each day, and their attention to detail extended to clean up of the completed project. Larry Thornhill discussed each facet of the project and what the cost would be. I highly reccomend this Construction company.

Each portion of the finished project looks like it was done by experts who take great pride in their work - we had granite done for the shower, tub and counter area, floor tile in the master bath, a frameless glass shower that just adds so much beauty to the room, new light fixtures (chosen by Mr. Thornhill - completely matched my tastes) and cabinets. Mr. Thornhill was VERY responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the project. He pointed out items that should have been done by the builder but had not been done so he made sure they were taken care of this time around. Everyone went WAY beyond "just the job" to wanting to make sure we were not only pleased but extremely satisfied. I heard over and over from all of the workers "we just want to make sure you are happy" - completely customer-service oriented. I absolutely LOVE my "new" master bath and can't wait to get started planning for our next phase of remodeling our kitchen and, of course, Mr. Thornhill and his crew will be our choice to make our dreams become reality. All of the workers worked incredibly hard and were willing to stay late or work on a weekend to make sure the job was completed to my expectations and to finish on time.

He did everything he said he was going do, when he was supposed to do it, He did several upgrades that were not asked for just to maintain the integrity of the project. Great Guy. Everyone was happy

Larry, owner of Thornhill Construction is efficient, conscientious, proffessional and, above all, honest. In several instances, he has gone above and beyond, and treated us like family. His crew is neat and professional, and remained dedicated to our job. On any given day, we could walk guests through our developing addition because Thornhill also kept its job site clean. Our experience has been outstanding.

Workers were always on time and worked diligently. My deck was rebuilt in record time and was even more beautiful than before. The final job cost less than Larry's estimate and he even performed extra work at no charge. What a wonderful company. I would definitely hire them again!

They work with the customer well, they work around your schedule very well. All subs are very customer service oriented as well, friendly.

We selected Thornhill Construction based on the estimate and professionalism offered by Larry. He did not disappoint! He and his crew and the subcontractors coordinated by Larry all worked hard and in a timely manner. Larry was always good at taking my calls or replying to my voice mails and answering questions or concerns that came up during the project - very easy and pleasant to work with. He showed up on the project just about everyday to make sure all was going according to plan. The job was completed in the time frame that he estimated - and we are very happy with garage! Will definitely consider him for our next project!

We found Larry through HA. We had 4 people bid on the job, selected Larry because of his reasonable price and he is personable. Half way through the job we had some concerns and questions while he was away. I called and left a voicemail stating this and he showed up at our house within 10 minutes to address these concerns. He and his group are professional, they left the job site clean and organized. It was overall a pleasurable experience working with them. I would definitely consider using them again for any future projects. After the completion of the deck our home looks more beautiful now than ever.

Larry estimated the work to take 3 weeks & it did. They did so much for us. Our Master bedroom has been transformed into a peaceful resting place. Beyond what I imagined. We had a useless door removed, (as if it was never there!). A 6' sliding glass installed in place of a huge window, another smaller window added for light. wallpaper textured over with beautiful paint. New cabinets installed in the bathroom, a cracked outdated sky light replaced with a simple sky tube and the ceiling redone. A new shower tiled in with a glass tile wall. Tile floor put in. a new sink, toilet, lighting and medicine cabinet. A brand new larger deck with a soffet underneath to catch the rain. It all looks just great. The guys started early, were respectful and cleaned up each day. I gave a 4.5 because I am very picky. But I was able to get my list of little things finished! I wish I could post pictures. Larry and his crew led by Matt are dedicated professionals. We had a 1,400 square foot deck replaced. Larry estimated 14 business days to complete and he was correct. Matt made suggestions during constructions that were thoughtful and helped in the look of the deck. The crew was here on time every day and were wonderful to work with,

Did a great job. Where on time and on budget. Had some minor changes that were incorporated into the design with issue or impact. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

HE DID ALL HE WAS ASKED TO DO AND ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE HE COULD DO, BEFORE HE LEFT. MY RATING MAYBE A BITE CRITICAL, BUT TO ME A FIVE WOULD BE PERFECT AND NO ONE IS THAT, NOT EVEN ME.HA! HA! H!A (oops} I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN IN A MIN. IN FACT I THINK I WILL.

Completed job on time and on budget. Very nice work and VERY VERY clean. When we came home each night, the house was cleaned up, swept, and ready for us to relax in. Larry is knowledgeable, fair and fun to talk to. Matt and Jesus, worked quickly and cleanly, they're great guys, explained what was going on, gave us options and cleaned up very nicely each evening. Larry and his crew are very easy to work with. Minor changes are no problem and are met with some valuable impute and suggestions.I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Larry and his crew came in to remove windows and plaster the outside. They were very professional and priced amazingly. I would recommend him for any home improvement. We are having his company come back to add 2 rooms and a bathroom in the spring

Larry is awesome! He knows his stuff. Had weather issues during remodeling of garage. Larry and his crew worked around it perfectly. I'm a retired decorator and have dealt with many contractors over the years.....wish I knew him 20 years ago.! Already scheduling him to redo my front porch. He's my go to guy!
