We waited 6 years to remodel our kitchen and wanted an experienced contractor. When we met Larry, we were really pleased with his understanding of what we wanted. The Thornhill Construction crew were a pleasure to work with. They were professional and cleaned up, at the end of every day. We encountered some delays due to product, but once it came in, Larry pushed the schedule and actually finished not too later than the estimated timeframe. He listened and gave me everything I wanted. He was flexible, professional, and a very kind gentleman. His crew was excellent and did a wonderful job. They were very nice and personable. I am very pleased and love my new kitchen. So far, everyone loves the kitchen also. I would definitely use Thornhill Construction again and highly recommend them.

We were having a pool installed and were looking for a construction company to build an outdoor structure. After interviewing numerous companies we found Thornhill construction. We had a rough idea on what we wanted and after speaking with (Larry) owner, he really molded our ideas into a beautiful plan. From our first meeting we felt. I m for table with Larry and his ability to realize our dream. Larry took it from there and handled all the details. We would meet and discuss major decisions, but Larry and his team handled everything. As I write this review I am sitting in the shade, under my beautiful structure, staring at the flames in my fireplace, overlooking the pool. Our dream was realized and for years to come my family will appreciate the the space and be grateful to Larry and his team. By the way Thornhill s quote was on the lower end of all the companies we interviewed. Most companies were quoting 60-90 thousand and Thornhill quotes is 40k and stuck to that number. Larry and his workers were very personable and pleasant. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and concern for doing things right yet making sure I was pleased with the end result. I was told by other bidders that a complete rebuild of my deck was necessary, but Larry proved otherwise, making the whole project possible for me and saving me precious dollars. My "new" deck is gorgeous--I couldn't be more pleased!

Larry was prompt in contacting me, making an appointment and providing an estimate. He was very attentive and patient at providing alternatives for railing brands/costs. Despite having family medical issues, Larry was conscientious about his work, considerate of my deck preferences and even tempered. Larry and Jesus did a professional and skilled job, finishing the 6' x 8' deck in three days. I would recommend their services to others.

Our experience with Larry has been exemplary. He is very patient in answering all my questions and alleviating my concerns. His consistent communication about the project was refreshing and put me at ease. He was extremely flexible working through the challenges of the PG&E power outages in California. I give him my highest recommendation.

I had called several other contractors including Larry, and he proved to be the most prompt and responsive in answering my request for a deck quote. Upon acceptance of his bid, which I viewed as very favorable, he began the work promptly. He completed the job on time and within budget - with the installation quality and attention to detail being excellent. Job site cleanup was thorough and complete. Can ask for a better job....

I had an upstairs balcony with wood rot/water damage. I called several contractors who never followed up. I lucked out when I found Thornhill Construction. Larry was the most professional and personable contractor I ve ever hired. He was very responsive, thorough and knowledgeable. Price was excellent for this project. So incredibly happy with the work done by Thornhill Construction. They were incredible responsive, considerate and on time (a novelty). Would definitely recommend and would hire them again in a heartbeat if we have any projects in the future.

You can't do better than working with Larry Thornhill and Thornhill Construction!! He is always there to make sure everything goes right. I gave Larry a picture of what I wanted from a magazine. He worked with the engineer, reviewed the plans with me for changes, obtained the permit and took care of everything. He then moved on to renovation a small structure that was half finished. Two weeks later it was complete. All on time and as budgeted.

I was at my wit's end with this leaky chimney/fireplace and was ready to get rid of the whole thing. Larry was very responsive to my inquiry, came by within a couple of days, assessed the problem and suggested caulking the chimney cap where he'd seen possible breach. He went out of his way to get to Home Depot before the rain started and quickly/efficiently sealed the leak. I cannot express how thankful I am to have called him. He went above and beyond saving me countless of thousands of dollars. And on top of that didn't charge for the fix. Thanks Larry!

The professionals were excellent. I liked the owner, he had two men in his crew, one named matt and the other named Jesus and they did most of the work. The professionals worked quickly , and were very carful on not to soil the house. The professionals put cloths on the floor every time, before starting any work. The professionals turned a concept into a finished product. The professionals made our home into a much much better place. I will use them again in the future.

Easy to work with, thorough and efficient!!

I would highly recommend Larry and his crew. They arrived early and stayed late to get the job done. Jesus and Charlie were courteous, polite and considerate. All in all the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.
